I have purchased two of them, and plan to purchase more.

Years ago I Purchased a sweater of the same style on a visit to Scotland. It was my favorite sweater and I wore it out, even though it was a bit scratchy. I was so tickled to see this style from Woolx. On my first “try on” it became my new favorite sweater. The fit is flattering and the wool is soft. As with other Woolx products, it has a very high-end, luxury feel. I’m wearing it all the time this winter.

Very pleased with this 1/4 zip. My concerns were itchy and too tight of fit. This is my second Woolx garment. Neither of which are itchy. The opposite! So soft and comfy right out of the bag. Unbelievable but they are comfortable in temperatures 55 - 75 degrees F. I am waking across Spain and needed something to take me through many weather swings. Regarding fit, I ordered one size up because I wanted a looser fit. It was perfect. I haven’t washed the 1/4 zip but my crew neck has gone into the washer and dryer many times with no noticeable shrinkage or change in shape. That is a big plus. Remarkable for wool. I don’t know how they do it. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased.

I started running a couple months ago and bought this to replace the long-sleeve cotton t-shirt I was wearing, which was not warm at all. At first I thought it was too thin and not warm enough, but winters in the Bay Area are mild so I thought it might suffice. It turns out to be the perfect layer for mild to chilly morning runs. I even wore it when I went to central Washington (a much colder climate) over the holidays -- when layered under a light windbreaker I was fine running in 30-40 degree weather (although gloves would have helped). I love that it keeps me warm but not *too* warm. Sometimes I layer it under a hoodie and then it's even cozier. I love that I don't have to wash it too often (I wouldn't call it odor resistant exactly but it's way less smelly than polyester). I'm 5'6" and about 120 pounds and I bought the small in the 1/4 zip and an XS in the t-shirt, which was perfect (I like slightly looser fit on the outer layer). It's still fitted but not skin tight. I love the longer sleeves and the length and the turtleneck is nice when it's a bit chillier. I don't find it itchy at all. It's very comfy. I pretty much wear it all day (I work from home) and even sleep in it and then just wake up and do it all over again.

I love, love, love this garment! A few of the things I love about it : how soft the fabric is! How wonderfully it fits and for this particular piece, the zipper which doesn't scratch my chin when zipped. I can also leave it partially unzipped and it still doesn't scratch. All of the woolx tops that I have are long enough to stay tucked into my lower rise jeans and I really appreciate that! These launder well (according to label directions) and look nice worn alone or as a base layer. Wonderful garment!
