We work outside everyday and in all sorts of weather conditions. The mid-weight is perfect for changing weather and extreme weather conditions in Winter, Spring and Fall! I even had to buy him an extra pair so he could wear them to bed in the winter. He is 6'2" tall, 190 lbs and the medium fits perfect.
