Great for women who like thin layers of wool to stay warm without the bulk. I washed it in cold water, on a delicate cycle, laid it flat to dry and it kept its color and shape. I ordered a size medium, my normal size, and it has just enough give to layer a thin cotton or wool tank or base layer underneath. I wore it with a cotton tank and a vest over top. This was enough to run in a Virginia winter. In Boston, I would definitely layer a long sleeve Cuddle Dud underneath or something similar. My favorite part is it doesn't have thumbholes. I know they're popular, and I like them sometimes, but when I work out, I need to see my watch, and thumbholes prevent me from quickly checking my watch for interval timing, etc. I specifically ordered this for warmth and for lack of thumbholes so I could access my watch faster. It works well with fitness gloves.

This top is my favorite of all my Woolx tops. I own just about all the long sleeve tops and this one is my favorite. The fit is great and it holds its shape perfectly.
