Correcting the defect and the customer service related to that was handled well

I like that I can choose to have my fingers covered or open them when needed to use my phone or do things. They are warm and soft. They run big though but it works.
Jennifer A.
The gloves are really soft. I love being able to open doors and gates with the on. They do help keep my hands warm, but I would have liked for them to be a little thicker.
Deborah F.
Love these mittens! Great for dog walking and hiking. Lightweight but very warm. On my second pair as I sadly lost one mitten (while walking the dog). Highly recommend!
Jodi
These are warm and lightweight. Not too crazy about the velcro that keeps the mitten flap up when one wants to expose fingers. A snap might be better? Not sure.
Sonnemarie L.
Fantastic lightweight gloves, which will be great to take for traveling to various climates without taking up much space in my travel bag!
Linda K.
The gloves fit nicely and are very warm.
Phyllis R.
The replacements were shipped quickly and I have been enjoying them since they arrived
Patricia M.
Not for extreme cold weather.
Lillian A.
Warm! Great for walks in cold weather, I can flip the mitten part back down when my hands warm up.
Cristen H.
The quality is very good. Im purchasing a pair for my husband. I agree with many others and the S/M is too large for me and my hands aren't that small. I wish you had a small, medium, and large to choose from. Taking these to Alaska!
Mandy Katherine H.
These are great. Perfect size and they work exactly as expected. Velcro is good quality.
Bridget H.
Too large for what is considered average (medium size in pretty much all major brands such as NorthFace, LLBean, LandsEnd, etc) women’s sized hands. And, unfortunately, not even slightly warm in 30F weather! Very disappointed and will not repurchase from this brand.
Bettina M.
Light in weight, very cozy
Debbie
Love these. Fingers are a little long.
Michele D.
It warmed up since their arrival so I haven’t used them but the premise seems perfect.
Laura B.
They don't fit. I ordered size small but they're still too big. Also, I don't like the velcro fasteners.
sheila s.
You need more sizes. The S/M were miles too big for me. The quality of the material was excellent - no surprise. I so wanted them to work but too unwieldy when too big. Instead of returning, I gifted to my sister. I'll buy another pair when you make more tailored sizes.
Karen K.
It was very cheaply made. I have gotten free gloves from charities which were made better. The material was light and loose.
Elizabeth V.
Very comfy gloves.
Terri H.
Arrived within a few days of ordering and are very warm. My hands usually always freeze.
Rory W.
Make sure you actually have good quality garments. For the price your stuff shouldn't be falling apart in a day.
And it shouldn't take me calling to get a response to an email because its sent separately.
Do better, but you've lost a customer

I run an afterschool program and we are always outside. These are perfect! They keep my fingers warm and allow me to quickly use the phone or iPad as necessary.
Cheryl O.
Warmth is good but they are the s/m and are a little big for my small hands.
Claire W.
Nice option and easy to use
Kimberly B.
Our weather has been weird and warm for NW Indiana but I did have an opportunity to wear them finally... and loved them so much and raved about them, so now they own as well
Annie L.
Nice mittens/fingerless - a bit large but will work well. Kind of big across the palm area, enough so I can put a hand warmer in! I got the small size.
Rebecca L.
The gloves were size too big for a female hand. The Velcro seemed like it was going to tear off easily after use.
This is an item, I did return.
Nancy B.
These were a gift. He likes them.
Debra H.
I ordered the S/M in both gloves and they are too big. If you had XS it would be great. I had to return both gloves and was charged a restock fee. Not very fair when I can't order a smaller size.
Carolyn M.
I got these gloves for cold weather. I keep them in my heavy coat jacket pocket at the ready. I love their versatility. It’s nice to have the option to flip off the mitten to expose my fingers! They are warm enough for cold weather in the south. Woolx products are my favorite and the customer service team is always helpful.
Freddy R.
The Velcro is terrible. I loved the gloves though. The Velcro stitching started coming unraveled after just a couple of uses because it takes a lot of force to pull Velcro apart. Because I loved the gloves themselves instead of returning I took off the Velcro and replaced it with strong 1/4 magnets and E6000 fabric glue. Worked like a charm. Below 30 degrees you’ll need glove liners. I got a thin liner which allows me to still use my phone. Magnets work like a charm. Company should do a 2.0 version of these gloves with a magnet to replace faulty Velcro. 5 stars for the gloves, 1 star for the Velcro
Samuel
the fabric is nice but the stitching is low quality. Didnt last 1 Winter
Marsha C.
Yes, the gloves are warm. But the small medium is very big. And the Velcro for the mitten part just does not work. It almost takes two hands to undo it. I have many of these types of gloves and the magnetic or a strap work much better. Going to return one of them because I really just hate the Velcro part.
Cynthia S.
They are thinner than I expected ….Im out early every am … & need to keep my hands warm so I have to also wear liners… still not warm enough!!! I had to send back a pair also and you guys only give store credit
I’ve been buying from woolx … . I’m somewhat dissatisfied with just getting a store credit. The reason being is because everything at woolx is triple in price from what it used to be
Kristian P.
It was... thin... not reall warming. The function of the gloves havingthose mittens is cool but gets annoying quick when i want to put my hands in my pockets.
It weird perosbally aswell having fingerless glove snut the thumb is covered. Thats a more prosnal matter.
But my main gripe woth these glpves are that they do not keep your hands warm. They are thin aswell in layering.
Unfortnite but i suppose they are better than nothingi freezing enviroments whete you take what you can get.
To be fair aswelll i go themo nsale so i supposeof price ots not too far off qualoty?
I dont know.
What i do kjoe is hands are a very suseptable area from the cold, along with feet.
But we are talking ablit hands here. And ys ven woth the mittens on, i still feel the cold winds. Even where im staying at its not THE coldest but damn do NOT rely on these. Im lukcy to be in a decent place but yeah.
Christine R.
LOVE these gloves. They are lightweight but warm. Sadly, I had to gift them because they were huge on me. I am petite. They fit a male friend perfectly. He also really likes them.
Leah M.
Lovely gloves, well made, and I really like the dual glove/mitten function, my only issue it that the S/M is actually quite large for those of us with smaller hands. Would be nice to have one size smaller.
Kim
I like how they are a little big so I can wear a liner under it
DIANNE A.
Seem to be well made and the pop-off mitten top makes them more useful for detail work while putting the top back on will be cozier. They are a bit larger than expected but not ungainly. It’s not currently mitten season so I can’t say how they will be in action but I have high hopes.
Lindsay E.
Much thinner than anticipated, concerned about the longevity of the velcro closure and runs pretty big.
Diane S Gibboney
These are phenomenal
These are perfect! Tried the holly mittens first but they were too big! These are a perfect size. Lightweight but so warm and if I need my fingers so easy so fold the cuff back.
Cheryl Warne
Nice gloves!
I've been wearing these gloves for a few weeks now. I really like the convertible mitten/fingerless glove. They aren't super warm, but they have been great for around the town use.
