Shipping days are Monday through Friday.
If you prefer UPS delivery only you can select this option for an additional fee at checkout. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
2-Day delivery is two days after ship date. Shipping days are Monday through Friday and the cutoff time for 2-day delivery is 12 PM EST. 2-day orders placed Friday - Sunday after 12 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
Returns & Exchanges
You can process and print a pre-paid exchange label or get a QR code for the post office right online at https://returns.woolx.com.
Returns & Exchanges can be made up to 60 days after purchase
Exchanges are always free!
Returns for store credit are always free.
Returns for a full refund incur a $5.99 return shipping fee that is deducted from your final refund.
Clearance & discontinued items are all sales final.
