Shipping days are Monday through Thursday.
If you prefer UPS delivery only you can select this option for an additional fee at checkout. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
2-Day delivery is two days after ship date. Shipping days are Monday through Thursday and the cutoff time for 2-day delivery is 12pm EST. 2-day orders placed Thursday - Sunday after 12PM EST will ship the following Monday.
Returns & Exchanges
You can process and print a pre-paid exchange label or get a QR code for the post office right online at https://returns.woolx.com.
Exchanges are always free!
Returns for store credit are always free.
Returns for a full refund incur a $5.99 handling fee that is deducted from your final refund.
Clearance & discontinued items are all sales final.
Woolx ships to Canadian customers via DHL
Free Shipping and Free Exchanges do NOT apply to orders shipping to Canada. Customers are responsible for all delivery and return shipping costs for returns and exchanges and that original shipping costs are not refunded. Woolx does not refund for Duties and Taxes. Customers need to contact their local customs office regarding any duties and tax refunds they may be due.
We do not ship to any country other than the USA or Canada at this time.
