They are not seamless. Name is misleading. There is a seam on the inner leg portion from ankle to crotch. Length is good. Waist band is comfortable. Flattens the upper belly but exaggerates my meno belly. I prefer the fit of the Angela leggings.

The tights are perfect!! I use them as the undergarment when kayaking, wearing dry pants. They are the right warmth and softness.
They are soft, not binding, and they stay up!! No creeping down, due to their lovely wide waistband! I am older, my waist is bigger than my hips, so pantyhose etc slide down, and I always have to pull them back up. The Ellis tights tho? They stay where I want them! Yay!

These tights were perfect for under my cargo hiking/geocaching pants when it was 36-45 degrees out all day and in the woods. These kept my legs toasty warm, and were a perfect weight for under my pants. I look forward to wearing these on my cruise to Canada when the high temps are expected to be around 65 degrees. These tights keep your body at a perfect temp ~ not too hot! And they wash and hang dry beautifully! SO glad I invested in these tights!!

Soft, silky, and very comfortable. I can definitely wear these under some of my pants as a base layer. They are not bulky at all. Much more conducive than the Piper leggings I have. Even better for wearing under dresses and skirts. Alas, they are WAY overpriced. It's a ridiculous price for them, but since they are the only ones on the market I can find, I bought them. Thankfully I got them on sale. I couldn't justify paying full price. It's a complete rip off. We shall see how they hold up over time with wear and washing.

This is my 4th pair of leggings and my favorite you have discontinued, so these are a pretty good replacement for those. I think they were called Avery or Allison. The tights are not as soft, but are a good weight. I like the feel/ compression. The high waist is quite high and rolls a bit at the top due to this.

Wow!! I shouldn’t have waited so long to get these Ellis leggings.
I was worried about the size and not being able to size up to a 2X. I got my usual size of 1X and they are great. I was also worried they would put too much pressure on my belly and make me feel sick to my stomach like Spanx do.
They are comfortable and I feel confident since they are slimming.

Love the Elles. After wearing Pippas for the last few years I have learned these wool leggings are better than any pants to keep warm! Compared to Pippa, Elle has a slightly higher waist, which is flattering under a dress.
Easy to clean. I put them in a mesh bag into my regular laundry load and then hang to dry.

This is the item in my order that I expected to like the most but like the least. They are very well made leggings and look nice with the ribbed tunic I purchased (which I love!). However, there is a lot of length to them (I am 5’ 6.5”), and they are very high rise, which I know a lot of people like. I don’t lie to fellow confined, so I would have preferred a lower cut around my belly button. These hit about an inch above my navel.

Nice fabric and weight. Comfortable waist. Fairly long. I’m 5’5” and probably would have been fine with a short pair. The big thing is that they are advertised as “seamless” but that’s not exactly true as there is a flat lock seam up the inside leg from ankle to crotch.

I ordered the Ellis leggings in my normal size medium since I have 2 pair of Pipers and 2 Stella’s in a medium. The medium Ellis fit everywhere except was too uncomfortably binding in the crotch, even though I have narrow hips and thin legs and wear a size 8 in women’s pants. These are really not seamless, since there are inner leg seams and seams at the crotch, which was the problem and where the binding occurred. I ordered the regular length, which was actually a little long in the M.
I called and talked to a pleasant representative who suggested I exchange them for a large, which I did. The size large is much more comfortable, but the inseam is too SHORT! Go figure! Why should the L Reg inseam be shorter than the M Reg, I guess I will have to stretch them while wet to make them long enough! I have not worn them yet since it’s still cold here. I would say that the sizing is quite inconsistent on the Ellis leggings! The fabric and weight are nice,

I had to return the Med. Ellis tights as they felt way too tight in the waist for me to be comfortable. I wear a medium in Stella's and a small in the Ellie wide leg and they don't feel tight at all in the waist but the Ellis tight felt like wearing a very tight girdle. I think I would need an extra large to be comfortable.

I purchased the Ellis leggings in December it use as an added layer under pants when walking to work. I love that. They are extremely warm without adding bulk. Because merino wool is temperature regulating I do not need to take them off once I arrive at the office.
I did order one size up for my regular size which I often do when wearing leggings and tights. I know it has been appetizer as having light compression, but it is not restricting at all. It just feels like everything stays in place. It has been a game changer for this cold winter.

I got these leggings because I'm cold all winter and my current leggings aren't making the difference in need. I didn't want very thick leggings because I wear these under work clothes and as a music educator I am very active. Thick underclothes are too restrictive. These leggings are thin but so warm! And very comfortable under layers. I also find the high waist helpful to prevent then from digging into the waist

These are soft, comfy, warm and look amazing under dresses like tights and with boots. The waist band is thick, high and does not roll down on me. Not advertised as fully opaque, but I cannot see through them at all. Please, please make these with feet as tights!

I like them and will keep them, but theyre definitely not as soft as I'd hoped. Nowhere near as soft as some nylon ones I have. But I'm glad to have a natural fiber! And I'm thinking they'll get softer with use too. The XL fit me well, I'm 5'11" and 200 lbs. And they are nicely supportive up top without feeling constricting. And they also dont ride down throughout the day like some others I have. It's true that theyre not opaque but there's definitely more coverage there than a typical pair of tights. I'm happy with them overall!

These are more opaque than people say. I would wear them as leggings. However, the waistband rolls and bunches up when I move. Elastic at the top would keep the waistband up where it belongs and not down causing an ugly muffin above my hips.

I ordered XL and that’s what the package said but inside the item was marked as 1X. I tried it on to see how it fit anyway. The fit felt right in the waist but the waist does roll, which is what I was expecting. It didn’t control my lower belly at all. Going on and off the hips were very tight. The bottom half were loose. When I tried putting a pair of jeans and leggings over top the Ellis would slide up my leg and it was very bunched, uncomfortably so, behind my knees. I also didn’t like the look of the seam that runs on the inside of the leg. For something that is marketed to wear under a dress or tunic that seam was very athletic looking and it didn’t look dressy enough for the intended purpose.

warm and comfortable, perfect for winter everyday. fairly opaque. the tall seems less tall than the Stella tall, unfortunately for me, and there is a quite noticeable inner seam. i wouldn’t mind a bit less compression in the tummy but its not at all uncomfortable. i’m wearing them constantly.
