I ordered a second pair of these super soft and comfy slacks so I’d always have a pair for years to come, even if they discontinue the style. The only improvement they could make is to eliminate the false pockets in the back which add useless bulk in that posterior area.

Better than I expected. Have worn the pants three times without washing and still looks like the first day I wore it. The length is perfect for my 5’3”. Ordered a small petite (125 lbs) and it has a fantastic fit through the thighs and slightly loose around the lower leg. Will be a great travel pant for Europe when I don’t want to pack too many clothes.

I ordered regular length because the measurements said the length was 29”, however, my pants were 31”. So I ordered the petite thinking they would run long also, but so such luck. My only other issue is the pants attack everything, hair, dust, fur, etc. I’m grudgingly keeping them but I won’t buy them again. Far to expensive to have to have them altered and I dislike things sticking to my pants

The pants are of excellent quality. I love the pockets and the high merino content. They are very comfortable. I was pleased that they come in petite. I was disappointed, though, that they are too long and I will have to pay to have them altered. I am 5'2", 110 lbs. Normally petite pants are just right, but these are too long. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I don't like to buy things I can't try on but I dedided to give these a try. My first reaction was that they are not very flattering; they are clingier than I expected and high-waisted. However, you don't notice that if I wear a loose shirt over them. Once I wore them I was hooked because they are so warm and comfortable without being heavy. I am wearing them a lot during our cold weather.

I love the material. Have the petite small, as the size chart suggested, and it was ok, but a little roomy. So I purchased another pair of XSM, and it feels better. Both are nice for “neat” wear. Simple, not dressy, but can wear to church as well as going to dinner with friends.

These pants are buttery soft and warm. I would love to have them a slightly heavier weight. The false back pockets serve no use and add bulk in an area I do not want extra bulge.

The length of the pants were still long on me even though it was a petite pants. But That’s not what I didn’t like.. as a sewer I didn’t like the quality of the merino. I was careful to not get anything on the pants, I took a stroll outside in 30 degree weather and then turned around and fast walked these pants didn’t keep me warm and if if I was to keep them I would have had to my merino from danish endurance under neath them. It defeat3d the whole purpose of buying expensive merino pants, there was too much stretch and not enough merino..

Even though I ordered the Emerson in a petite size, the front rise of the pants is too long!! The pants sits just below my bra on these pants! The measurements for these pants aren’t made true for a petite person. I’m very disappointed.

The pants are well made but the fabric caught lint. I have several Woolx merino wool sweaters and tanks that stay sharp and lint free. I was disappointed the finish was somehow more clingy to random fibers.

I loved these pants and SO wanted them to work....only reason it's 4 stars is because I'm 5'1" with 25 inch inseam so these were a good 3-4 inches past my feet- I had 3 inch heels on and the hem was touching the ground and with standing all day at work 3 inch heels is not possible so back they had to go :( ....to put this in perspective the petite Nicole pants (meant to be shorter/ankle length but are full length for me) are the perfect length to wear my running shoes with and hem not dragging on the ground- I wear them to work and they are awesome!!!

This review is for the Emerson straight leg pants petite size medium. I am 5’3 and 152 lbs and always order a large, regular length but WoolX offered a 27” inseam and was out of the large. Based on the website measurements it looked like the medium would work and it turned out to be perfect. I wore them about 12 days of 14 with one wash and air dry in temps of 55 to about 38 with just the pants, no base layer with a short coat and the WoolX turtleneck (also 5 stars) and it was the best travel outfit I have ever used. The only criticism is my pants hems bunch but if I work with it when the pants are drying from the wash it’s not very noticeable. I plan to buy a second pair in case something happens while I travel and I think for a trip like say, Italy in winter that with maybe one other pair should get me thru 2 weeks. In short, I could not love the more and recommend WoolX strongly, having purchased other quality Merino items from well known brands WoolX quality and stylishness is the winner.
Finally the WoolX customer service is second to none - I had to return a larger size and order these and they had to get shipped fast or they wouldn’t come in time and my customer service agent was relentless with her skill and desire to help.

I love woolx clothing. These pants unfortunately did not wash well. I followed the instructions but the seams twisted so now they do not run straight down the side or the butt. Very disappointed considering the price. The same thing happened with the Ellie wide leg.
