Eva is one of my favorite shirts, since I run cold. I love to layer it over a Jenny or other lightweight shirts. This is my third Eva. Unfortunately, the black Eva that I received through exchanging two Jenny's for had 1.25" longer sleeves than my other two Eva's. The sleeve covered my thumb and the sleeve was down to my finger joints (the major bending point for the fingers).
I measured my Riverbank Green Eva that I bought December 2025. It had a 24.5" sleeve. My carbon stripe Eva bought February 2025 has a 25" sleeve. My new black Eva sent in April 2026 has a 26 1/4" sleeve. In talking with Customer Success, 1.5" variance is allowed between batches, so it is not considered defective. She did offer an exchange or refund.
I eventually decided to keep it since the wool was wonderfully soft even before I washed it (sometimes the shirts can use a wash or so in Outback Gold to make them smoother) and I could fold the sleeves under inside the sleeve to make it a more normal length. I figured if I was cold on a plane or somewhere I didn't have gloves, the longer sleeve could be helpful to keep more of my hand warm.
I have been wanting a black Eva ever since I first became a Woolx customer for over 1.5 years, but they didn't have the big discounts like other colors, so I decide to splurge with my return of two Jenny's. I appreciate Woolx's 20% bonus when doing an exchange, so I wasn't paying full price.

Received it last week but haven’t had a chance to wear it yet. I washed it and put it on a drying rack. It dried so fast considering the weight of the fabric. It’s going to be great for an upcoming trip!

I really like this top. I need deeper v-necks on my tops, and this one meets my needs. I also like that it is a medium weight fabric, and therefore warmer than other tops I have. I've only worn it once, and it seems a little large. I usually hang my wool clothing to dry, because I don't use a low setting when drying a large load of laundry, but I might try putting the top in the dryer for part of the cycle to see if shrinks just a little bit. It would be more comfortable if it were a bit smaller.

Eva is my favorite mid-weight top. It has a flattering cut to show your shape. It dresses up or is good for casual wear. I wear it and a lightweight Woolx shirt on the plane, to bed by itself or sometimes with another layer, and everywhere. It also works well as a single layer.
I wear two layers on the plane where the vents make it colder and in 30-60 degree weather. In 60-70 degrees, just the top is good.
The XL fits a 41" bust and 35" waist well.

Today I was off to do some Christmas shopping... I wore my new Ellis tights and the Eva tunic for the first time! I loved being warm and not bulky... worn with a puffy vest I was very comfortable in and out of stores. Thats saying something for an Arizona transplant to Pittsburgh where it is 28 deg. The fabric is buttery soft on both and so comfortable - sitting, standing, waiting in line. This is my second Eva tunic and my go to outfit for the next couple of months I think!

UPDATE: I love absolutely love my shirts. The wool looks best if I iron after washing, it smoothes out looking new! I ordered more! I changed down sizing to XS. I took my shirts and leggings on a cold spring beach trip, was able to air out the shirt and leggings to rewear again. No stink. I’m a new fan of wool shirts and leggings. I wish their bike shorts were the same composition as the long leggings.
I really liked the fit and look of the sweater-shirt, loved the curved hem. However, I’m not certain it’s completely 100% wool. Not sure as it is a bouncy material instead of a stable fabric. I pre-washed gently with special unscented wool detergent inside a bag. It already had slight pilling before first wear! Not happy with that. This was my first purchase here and will be my last. It’s just too pricey for one shirt. I bought a small, I’m 5’6” and 120lbs.

I originally ordered a black v neck in a 2x. When I called to ask about exchanging it for an xl, there were none. The person I talked to recommended the Eva which was nice of her, but the fit is not good for my short square body. I would love the original v- neck in an xl.

I love this tunic! I have several staples from WoolX and this is my favorite. The mid weight material and just right cut are super flattering and comfortable. Easy to throw on over leggings or jeans, and can dress up or down. The fabric is sturdy but soft and very smoothing. 10 stars!

This is beautiful French roast EVA is my third EVA purchased within about a month. First two in Mystery Item or Mystery Bag, this one in new condition via BST. All three are size Small.
Absolutely LOVE the 100% merino and beautiful construction of this 230 gsm midweight tunic. At 5'1.5" and just under 130 lbs, I like the tunic length and nice, slim fit of EVA. I prefer to cover my bum walking around in public, and even paired with leggings (Woolx STELLAS here), this long-sleeved V-neck tunic with a lovely sewn over fold to create the "V" is just perfect!
Today with the woodsy monochrome vibe paired with French roast STELLAS, I am doing my best elvish Legolas impression, and that's also fun while being casually elegant.

I received 3 Evas in 3 different colors as part of my mystery bags. 2 are size small & 1 is an XS. I absolutely love all of them. They are easily some of the most comfortable & cozy items in my closet. The only downside is that the V neck a bit deeper than my preference, but I wear them constantly anyway.

I wanted so badly to love this more. It's very much like something I would wear constantly - however the fit isn't quite right for me. First I sized up to a large, bc I like things a bit loose. But when I put it on my husband immediately said "wow you're sending that back right? It's way too big." So that was disappointing, but it was just too long and the armpits went really low. So I exchanged for a medium, my usual size in most everything (easy peezy to do!) but now the medium just still isn't quite right. Too long in front, though perfect in back. And the arms are just a bit more snug than I'd prefer. So - it seems my body just isn't quite suited for either size. Which is a bummer for the price.... I can still wear it, and I have. But it's not that *perfect* staple piece I was hoping it would be. Just my honest review. I would absolutely recommend cutting 1-2 inches off the front hem. It's awkwardly long in front. I fold it up it's so awkward. And loosen the arm holes a smidge. :) too snug.

Second grab bag fail. This is my not really a tunic as it is a fitted cut, if you want a loose fit you should size up. The sleeves are quite long.

Love the top, but the sleeves are WAY too long! As far as the second top I ordered (clearance), it is WAY too big. (now a nightshirt).
Unlikely to order anything else, as I ordered the same size for both (3X). I would like to order more, but unsure of your sizing. I normally will order larger since many retailers make their plus sized too small. Too bad, because I do like the shirts.

I have three Eva tunics and they are on constant rotation this time of year ( along with fall and spring). This versatile and flattering tunic looks great with a scarf, necklace or a bandana. The best feature is the merino wool, which helps stabilize my body temperature, thus keeping me comfortable no matter what the weather brings.

Disappointed with fit
I had bought an earlier version of this years ago but unfortunately moths destoyed it. I purchased the same size as last time but now it is a much more fitted cut so it was far too snug for me. A larger size would have meant too big in the shoulders so I had to return them. Not every body wants a tight fit!
