I love the fabric, I love the style, I love the way it fits. Unfortunately, it's too big. I ordered my usual 3X and it's too big overall. And I look terrible in black. Looking forward to buying it in another color.

The dress fits comfortably and can be worn with or without a belt. It will be great to wear while traveling when I take it to Europe with me. I am glad to have it!

This was my second dress. The first Lucia I took to France and Italy. I wore it almost everyday. It’s so comfortable.

I am currently living in Santiago, Chile. I orderd the dress because our weather is getting cold here. I took my measurements and ordered a large according to your sizing chart. I was so excited when my daughter in law brought me the dress from NYC that I ordered. I was really sad when I tried it on and it was too big. My daughter in law is going to return it for me. I'll have to wait until I'm back in the US in May 2027 to order a new size. Thanks!

This is a great all purpose dress. The style has become a maxi classic dress. You can dress it up with jewelry, put on a denim jacket or be warmer with a cardigan sweater. This is a great lightweight merino useful for most of the year here in the south. I am 5’3” and wear an XL. I found that the first tier is pretty much empire and for length it was slightly above my ankles which is good.

This dress arrived just in time! We went from temperatures in the 50’s to several 80 degree days. This dress was so comfortable and breathable that I’ve worn it three days in a row. Still smells clean!!

I am happy with the purchase. The fit is very nice and look forward to wearing it often.

I can’t say enough good things about this dress! I am NOT a dress person, but I have been intrigued by dresses recently and wanted to dip my toes into the idea that dresses can be worn for all occasions. It was cold out when I tried this dress on for the first time. I tried it on over the Stella leggings, which had arrived in the same order. I did not want to take it off! I believe I will wear this a lot in all seasons. I purchased my normal size large, and it is a perfect fit (5’ 6.5”, 160 pounds and busty). I admit I have experienced difficulty in the past with dresses because they are often made too short waisted for me (I am not particularly long waisted, but my chest takes up a lot of room in a dress, thereby shortening the length). If you’ve had similar issues, this dress does not present that problem.

I love it!! This is my third Lucia dress and I have to force myself not to wear one every day. I still want a green one, like the shade Sea Mist, or a little darker. (Not an olive green!!:) Like all WoolX, it washes and machine dries like a dream For reference, I’m 5’4” and 118 lbs, and the XS is perfect…nice and long, which I love.

Haven’t worn it yet, but it feels flowy and hangs very nicely.

The Lucia Dress is super cute and fits great. The fabric felt slightly itchy when I put it on. I was afraid if I wore it too long it would become uncomfortable. Also, I noticed quite a bit of static in the dress. It seemed to pick up every piece of fuzz and hair that was in my room. I wanted to love this dress but for the price, I just could not justify it.

Great dress! I wore it multiple times during a trip to Italy. I initially thought the fabric to be a too heavy for summer weather, but I stayed cool and comfortable even during some warmer days. I purchased a medium and it fit slightly loose (5’5”, 140#), but the small size was just a little snug for my broader shoulders. I would definitely buy this style again in another color.

Good heavy material, very nice. Took out 2 stars because mine came with few stains of some kind of foundation make up. Looks like they sent me a returned item and not brand new for the price. UPDATE: Customer service responded quickly and offered me free return and exchange and additional partial credit refund. I kept the dress, its that good. They are also investigating the issue. Sometimes things doesnt go smoothly, but a good customer service makes a lot of difference. I do recommend this nice dress. The fit very comfortable and looks good.

I was hesitant to buy this and uncertain of my size, so I called. The advice given was to size down and it was perfect advice. I am 4'10" so was worried it would be too long. It was a maxi and I wore it to church and got compliments but I felt like I was tripping over it so I had a tailor shorten it 3" and now it is perfect and I can't wait for summer colors.

I ordered a large which is my normal size and it was too large from shoulders on down. Customer service recommended I try an M. The exchange process was easy and the M fit great in the shoulders and bodice, even with a larger bust size. Perfectly comfortable, flattering, great pocket placement. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Love this dress! Much more substantial than I expected. Not flimsy, super flattering, covers all my 1x lumps and bumps and was surprisingly cool when the weather turned out hotter than expected. This would make a fantastic travel dress - it has pockets!

Woolx has a slight height problem. Every single one of their models is at least 5’8” tall! As a shorter person, or even if I were of AVERAGE height (5’4”) for a woman, I find it exceedingly difficult to figure out how a dress will look on me from looking at a photo of a much taller than normal model. This was certainly true when I tried to buy this particular dress. An extra small brushed my ankles! I looked like I was swimming in the dress! Please consider offering petite sizes. Failing that, at least show us how it would look on a person of normal height/weight for their gender. Believe me, it’s not 5’9”. Thanks.

I wasn't sure if this dress would be too youthful but decided to take a chance and I love it! The fit is true to size and it's comfortable and flattering.

I already have the Lucia in Mesa Rose, Coronet Blue and Montana Grape but a basic black is a must have. This dress is so easy to wear and super comfortable. I am typically a medium but liked the fit of the small better.

I was hesitant to order & may’ve read every review - turns out, it’s worth EVERY single PENNY. Wire it all day in California last week, then to the symphony over the weekend. I don’t remember the last time i was comfortable in a dress. This is headed overseas with me soon & will make packing a breeze. (it’s also flattering, though you can’t tell with my jacket.) On to the blue! Please add more colors - love the Lucia!

Love this dress so much! The weight of it is wonderful, so comfy and easy care. I have only worn it in cooler weather so far so can’t speak to warm/hot days, but looking forward to using it for all my travels. Very versatile! The only negative for me is that it collects lint so easily and it is visible and makes it look a little messy. Trying the lint roller didn’t have too much of an effect, but not enough to make me want to return it.

Good fit, very comfortable, and it’s very easy to accessorize, making it an ideal traveling piece. And it will be getting a lot of use at home too.

More Colors Please I have two Lucia dresses; one in black the other in lavender. Pure quality. The drape is beautiful, it looks and feels so much better than the standard cotton equivalent. Washes beautifully (but you seldom need to wash them). Perfect for every occasion; it’s easy to style up or down (cute with summer sandals, white tennis or Birkenstocks, tights in the Fall, boots in Winter. I never feel under or overdressed. They’re the most comfortable and versatile outfit in my closet. I get compliments every time I wear one. Please make the Lucia available in French Roast, Real Teal, Burgundy and/or Forest Green. I’d buy them all.

Looks better than I expected Black was the only color available so that’s what I ordered with some reservations. I was pleasantly surprised. The dress drapes especially nicely making it quite flattering and it is not see through at all. Too light weight to wear in Northern California winter, but should be great for spring.
