Once I got the right size these were great. I ordered a sm and a medium but ended up with an xsmall much to my surprise. They are thin and I prefer my clothes to fit more snug than loose so I exchanged for the black and dark navy. At 5’2” I usually wear a regular inseam as I am super short waisted. I likely could have worn the xsmall petite but they were out of stock and the reg xsmall works fine.

The pants are great, except that after a few wearings and washings, the side seam unravelled. For me, you could agree to pay for repair or have me send them back and you can send a new pair. For future customers, maybe better quality control would help.

Fabric is beautiful. XL was formfitting on thighs but fit well everywhere else. No XXL so ordered 1X which is huge in waist. Drawstring in waist band does help some. Not sure if I’ll keep

I am 5’10 and weigh 215 lbs and ordered a 1X reg because I filled the size guide. I wanted a tall but there is t 1X in tall so went with regular. They fit comfortably but I did order an XL tall and think they will be more form fitting and longer to give a more dress pant look. They should be arriving soon so will give that review when I can. I am planning on wearing the 1X as a more casual pant on the plane or with my Ryan sweatshirt.

The fabric is not breathable and doesn’t feel much different from wearing a fully synthetic pant. They also trap odor just like synthetic fabric does, except I can’t wash them normally because of the 40% wool content. Absolutely none of the convenience I was hoping for.

Tried a medium and felt snug around the hips, so I returned for a large. They do have a little stretch and give that makes the large baggy and loose. They are very slippery on seats too. Not sure how I will wear overall, but should be comfy with large sweaters during the winter.

As always, this pair of trousers is excellent, amazing. Ladies it is light as a feather, I'm in Minneapolis and wore the trousers today while the temp was 90° with an actual feel of 106°! I know without a doubt that my jeans would have been showing sweat patches, NOT my Woolx trousers.
PS: I was worried that the trouser would be to short. I am 5'8", wearing my 3X trousers and they land perfectly at the beginning of my Duckfeet shoes!!!

I just received my teeny-tiny package with these pants and a Junie tee and tried them on immediately. By the time I finished a loop down and up the stairs, checking all sides in the mirror, the wrinkles from shipping were gone. These are light, comfortable, and hit at exactly the right length for me.
Definitely my travel pants from now on. The material feels a little sport/hiking pant-ish, but it is not loudly swishy like my Eddie Bauer Ranier pants and looks polished if the elastic waste is covered by a top. Brilliant.
I am reserving the 5th star until I see how they wash.

I don’t normally wear my shirts tucked, but because the fabric on the Nicole pants and the Addie are so light, it’s easy to tuck and not feel like a stuffed sausage! I ordered these together and I am so delighted with the color of the raspberry shirt. This is a large shirt which fits well; medium Nicole’s, which on my five 3 1/2 inch frame go a little below my ankle- my preferred length.

I have had way more fails with wool pants than wins. I LOVE my Ellies, however, did not like the way Palmer fit me at all (amongst other fails, but I will not bore you with that novel). Naturally I presumed the Nicole pants would fit the same as the Palmers, since they are so similar. Not at all. I LOVEEEE these Nicole pants. They are the exact pants I needed for summer travel. We have a trip to Europe in just a couple of weeks, and these have the potential of being the MVP on this trip.
They are the right length, right combination of structure and comfort (STRETCH!), look polished or office appropriate according to how they are styled. These pants filled the hole that I had in my wardrobe. Can't wait to see how many ways I can wear them.

I am updating my review to a 5. After the suggestion that i hang near the shower and then wear them the wrinkles smoothed out. Im still not fully on board wite the fabric but it is very light and comfortable.
They do not stay smooth. They wrinkle. I bought them for air trave and was surprised at the amount of non wool in the fabric. I am afraid to iron them. First woolx product i havent been happy with

I so wanted to like these, but unfortunately, they are not made for short, curvy girls. Before they came I was concerned they would be too slim in the calves/ankles. They were fine there, but they were snug through the thighs, and the rise was too short, but it was too big at the waist. I also didn't like the feel of them. They felt and sounded like the parachute pants from the 80s. I will be returning them.

They are comfortable to sleep in, but I would never walk around like this cause it looks like they’re hanging off me. I wore one pair, but I would like to return the second pair I bought. I hesitated on these pants, but wow! They are fantastic. They are extremely lightweight and cool on a 90 degree humid day. They feel similar to a pair from another brand that I love for being light and cool, but those are a synthetic material that makes me sweat. So these will be my new go-to travel in the summer heat pants. I will wear them around this week to see how many days they can go without washing. I would buy more immediately, but they are a little baggy. For reference, my waist is 34" and 43" hips, placing me in a large. I think these pants are more suited to a pear shape. If I lose another 5 pounds I will try the medium. But otherwise, I am happy with the baggy fit because it is so cool. (I am not sure how the elastic pull is supposed to work, because it doesn't stay pulled.) Also for reference if it helps, I wear a large in the Emerson Straight leg pants, but the Ellie wide leg pants were too big.

I was a happily surprised by the feel of the fabric, being fearful that a merino knit would be less substantial. However, I was a bit concerned upon discovering that the fabric is only a merino blend.
I like the fit on me, and do appreciate the bit of heft that the other components add to the fabric, so am looking forward to testing them out. Hoping that they exhibit the merino qualities that drew me to give these a try.
Once I've tested these out on my next trip or as I add these to my fall wardrobe, I'll update my review if I'm able.

I LOVE the Nicole pants! I am 5'6", pear-shaped, and I have short legs. The XL fits me well with a little wiggle room. They are not ankle pants on me - they are full-length. I also bought a pair of the Nicole Petite XL and they are a little shorter but still essentially full length. Not a big deal to me - I can always have them hemmed to ankle length if I want. These are great pants for work or casual wear. I will be living in these for sure.
