"Most wool baselayers are 150g or 250g, but this one is 400g. It's definitely warmer. Very well made, plus I like the thumbholes to keep the sleeves from riding up when putting on outer layers. It fits fairly tight, but I wanted that so it would trap heat better. It's hard to find 100% wool baselayers--most these days are a wool/poly blend. This one is really excellent."

My favorite short now

I love everything to be wool, from the itchy bulky wool to the soft merino. This definitely hits all the comfy spots and it is super warm. This is my third piece from Woolx and they are all well made. This has the a little bit of stretch which makes it great as a mid layer or for wearing by itself. Highly recommend.

It’s a versatile shirt. I’ve worn it running in 20 degree weather under a vest and stayed warm. I’ve work to the office on its own. I will wear to spring baseball and softball games too. Warm without the bulk was exactly what I was looking for.
