great quality - easy return and great customer service

I loved the idea of adding a soft warm wool turtleneck to my wardrobe for the arctic weather in montana. The quality of this shirt was amazingly soft, felt warm and i would have loved it but the neck was toooo cozy for my taste and i realized my personal preference was for a more loose fit on my neck. The return/exchange process was simple, straightforward and super easy. I appreciated the ease and would be willing to take a gamble on a new style again in the future - knowing how easy it is to make an exchange!
