Excellent customer service when I had to return for another size, and the replacement came very quickly. It’s a really nice hoody, a bit longer than I was expecting based on the photos. I’m 5’2” and it goes past my hips. But I still like it.

I don’t hate this, but I don’t expect it to be the go to piece I had hoped. It doesn’t live up to the promise of not needing to be washed often. I wore it once in San Francisco (70 and sunny that day); it didn’t keep me cool, and was pretty stinky at the end of the day. It still has that smell (like dirty gym clothes). despite washing it. I’m bummed - it wasn’t cheap.

Seems like good quality but was way too long! I’m short but busty so ordered an XL to have room to wear something under it. It cam to my mid thigh - almost like a dress. Sadly because of that I had to return it.
I noticed that in Woolx tops, they get longer with each increase in size , rather than just bigger.

This sweat shirt is perfect! The material is so soft and looks dressier than a jersey sweatshirt and has more structure. My first one was a large, great for wearing over several layers. My second, a black one I wanted more fitted and not so long. The picture shows the difference in sizes large vs medium

I got this for my trip that I’m on right now… Oh my goodness I’m so grateful I got it. It was perfect on the plane. Looks very stylish and doesn’t wrinkle. I had worn a blouse and realized it was getting all wrinkled so I swapped out the blouse for my wool hoodie. Should’ve left the blouse at home.! this is one of my new favorite travel items and I’m sure I’ll be wearing it at home all the time too!

I spilled coffee on when wearing it the second time. And the minute I put it in a basin of cold water, it smelled so bad. It reminds me of the perm smell, my grandmothers hair dresser used. I put it on my rack in the tub to dry and smelled the whole time drying. Now dry I can smelled it in the fabric. I used an all natural soap and still did not remove the smell. My first thought was , now I see why they say to wear over and over without washing ! I have not washed the tee I first bought yet. Please advise me how to remove that smell. I loved the tee so much I then bought the hoodie and really loved them both. But not if I can’t remove the smell. I am hesitant to wash the tee now!

This hoodie has all the features, just as described. It's warm, but lightweight. I especially like the black. It looks classier than a standard fleece jacket. It really does run true to size with ample room for layers underneath.

Was too big and I didn't want to get the small because I could tell it wouldn't look good. I Didn't care for the overall style of this hoodie plus it felt a bit scratchy.. I got one from a different company that fit really good and was very soft.

I purchased this sweater to wear on a week-long trip in a colder climate. My friend recommended it and said she was able to wear it for days without any smell or change to the fabric. I'm looking forward to trying it. I bought a size small because I wanted it to be fitted. It does seem to run looser, but there is just enough space for a sweater beneath on a cold day. I'm 5'8" 135lbs.

The Ryann Hoodie is warm without being too heavy. Excellent quality, very soft, zippers work great and I especially appreciate the deep, zippered pockets for securing my phone without having to carry a purse. Hood covers nicely without looking sloppy. My usual size large fits perfectly with plenty of room to wear a tee and sweater combo underneath and still zip without looking overstuffed. Very pleased.

This is my second Ryan hoodie, previously purchased the cream colored. The black color had been sold out for some time. I ordered the same size Large but this one seems to be smaller than my first purchase. There is some kind of finishing smell so I am washing it first before wearing and will be air drying due to sizing.

I ordered the 2x and it was big on me. I rolled up the sleeves and that helped a little. At 5ft 5 in it was a little long. Wish you had models that need 1x or 2x and were shorter under 5ft 8 in.

Just got my new hoodie and have worn it a few times. Like all my WoolX pieces, it exceeds expectations.
The winter ones are beautifully warm and light. The warm weather ones are really wearable in the heat — they breathe, which makes all the difference. I have washed them countless times and they hold up perfectly. But they seldom need to be washed — they resist odors through many wearings.
You folks do a great job and offer us great products.
