I wanted a black pair of warm wool socks to wear with my dressier black booties and even with my black loafers in the fall, winter and spring. These are perfect...not too thick to wear with all of the above shoes/booties. Since they were on final clearance, the only size left was one down from my normal size (got a small instead of medium; I wear a 7 1/2 dress shoe). I ordered them, hopeful they would still fit. No worries! They fit very well.

I have had these socks for just over two months and have worn them approximately ten times, and washed them four times — each time in a mesh bag to protect them and hung them up to dry — never put them in the dryer. One of the socks (out of the two pairs I purchased) now has two holes in the top of the foot part! I assume my only option now is to toss this one pair of socks that I paid $22.50 for — more than twice the price I have ever paid for socks. One of the two pairs I purchased I actually gave to a friend as a gift — hopefully she has had better luck with her pair. I have spent hundreds of dollars on Woolx merchandise over this past year, and I am so disappointed on how quickly this sock developed holes and is no longer wearable.

Love my Woolx socks! I also appreciate that they are solid black so I don't have to worry about other colors showing. I wore them in a pair of Dansko clogs yesterday and they were perfect with no funny colors showing at the heel. They are warm and they didn't shrink. They are different than my smartwool socks, but I haven't figured out now yet.

I’m loving the Harbor Crew socks! These socks have a lightweight ribbed top with cushioning in the foot heel and toe for all day comfort! These socks are a nice weight to wear with dress pants or in warmer weather when a heavier sock is not desirable. They also fit nicely in dress boots and stay up!

My favorite socks. They work all year round from sneakers to hiking boots. Just the perfect amount of cushion to add a little padding for comfort. My feet are never sweaty or smelly. I have several and always get them as stocking stuffers as well for friends and family. They all love these socks. They are also very durable. Highly recommend.

Sizing is way off. These socks feel like compression socks. They are too tight around the ankles and lower calves. I am 5'4" and 115-120 lbs, and feel like I wasted my money on 3 pairs. All other items I have purchased have been fine.

These are very comfortable. I wear them as cool weather sox with my hiking sneakers in the summer. They are comfortable even on a relatively warm day (80) when I ride the motorcycle. my only complaint is that they are snug. I am 5 ft 1 in, 125lbs and have petite joints. I scrunch them around my ankle and lower calf so the I can deal with the tightness. If you want to pull them up straight over your calf, you might appreciate the snugness.
