Terrible experience thus far. Woolx represents their hoodie to be "zero-itch" on one page and elsewhere says "won't poke or scratch". I'm working with customer service to try to resolve this and return their item though am presently hitting a roadblock. They say if there is a problem to reach out and I've gone back and forth with them 4 or 5 times in one day via email. Hopefully it gets resolved soon. I dont know if I got someone else's previously worn return and I'm itching based on their sweat or fragrance or something. Or if they are all that way or if i just got a bad one. Having said that despite the itch, I will say it looks nice and fits right too [size large]. I especially like the cover on the top of the zip. Very thoughtful. I so wish it didnt itch though because that was a key selling point. I will update if this gets resolved hopefully.

So far, I'm loving this hoodie! I bought a larger size in case I want to wear bulkier items and it's working well. It's comfortable and soft, I was a bit worried thinking "wool" and itchiness, but no, it's a very nice texture.

Love, love my new WoolX hoodie. It’s light weight and will be great for travel…fitting nicely into a backpack if it’s too warm to wear. The fabric is so smooth and soft…not the itchy wools of yesteryear. I first ordered a size medium and it was too large for me. The exchange for a small was simple and quick. I will definitely order other products from WoolX.

As soon as I took it out of the package, the smell was overwhelming. I tried it on and it does fit perfectly, though. Washed it in cold water, gentle cycle. When I took it out of the washing machine I thought a sewer pipe had burst because it smelled even worse. Dried it flat, not in the dryer. The smell became a little less terrible when it dried, but it was still there. Two more times of washing and drying the same way. Now it only smells when it's wet. I did read about the lanolin odor, etc., on your website and that it will dissipate in time. I do like the hoodie and intend to wear it, but I'm worried that if I get caught in the rain it will start smelling again. Please assure me that won't happen!

I originally ordered the small and found it was too big so I exchanged it for an XS. It’s perfect, I love it! The fabric is soft and lightweight, wonderful for the fall. I wore it every day while on vacation. I will absolutely order another color or two! Thank you WoolX❤️

I wore it recently on a trip to Denver with my girlfriends. Since the temperatures varied during the day, it was with me all the time. It was perfect for the plane trip as well as all our activities. It washed well after the trip. I look forward to taking it on my European river cruise next month. I wanted to purchase a tunic 3/4 zip style but unfortunately it is dry clean only and therefore I declined.

I have it in purple and black. I like the clean lines and that it is nice enough to wear to work events. It’s a great weight and not bulky to travel with. I am 5’ 8” with long arms and both the body and arm lengths are fantastic.

It’s the perfect weight. Kept me warm inside in the A/C but was okay outside in the warmer weather. I’m 5’4” and 205 lbs and ordered the 1X. It’s comfortably oversized. I could have easily gone down a size for a closer fit. Looking forward to traveling with it soon. I think it will be my go to airport piece.

Honestly, I wear this hoodie everywear. It traveled to Italy and Scotland as my only "summer jacket." It's heavy weight but that doesn't mean heavy or suffocating. It's breathable. Certainly on my "must pack" list for any travel occasion.

This black is my second Ryann hoodie. The first is a twilight or storm blue. I wore that for a 4 week trip to Japan and it served me well in various spring climate conditions, from 45-75 degrees F. So I expect that the black will do the same. The fit is long through the arms (roll up the cuffs), large through the hips, perfect through bust and waist. (43-34-43 measurements, 5'5", 165-168 lbs.). I can wear two layers under it. I love all the pockets! Especially that the two outer pockets have an invisible zipper. The hood is great for a little extra warmth (or sun protection if you forgot your hat). This is definitely a casual sweater, although the black can be a little more formal. I usually travel with a hoodie and a cardigan. Last time it was the Dewdrop Pearl Macie. Next time it might be both the blue and black Ryann as the pockets and hood are so useful. But you could totally use one for a month because it is easy to spot clean. Water drops run right off and food stains come right off if you get them right away. Just with water and a little rubbing. If I needed another outer layer, this would be my go-to. (In addition to these two Ryanns, I already have 3 Macies and 3 long merino cardis from 35 years ago! from another company, now defunct.)

The fit is great EXCEPT thru the bust and I’m far from being well-endowed. I’m 5’3” and 125. It’s uncomfortable and embarrassingly ‘binding’, calling attention to what’s not there. Thought it might have been for a man but looked again to make sure and it’s for a woman. Uncertain as to what to do.

The Ryan hoodie is wonderful quality. I bought it for a trip to Europe. If one thing could improve, it it would be to, please, especially in this style, have a PETITE. It is too long for me; I am 5’2” and I will probably keep it, but it would be MUCH more of a favorite piece if it was shorter. In tops & dresses the length is less of a problem, but this is really too long.

Overall it’s pretty good. But the arms are too short and the body too long -which is saying a lot because I have a very long torso. For the first time, I wish the length was a little shorter. And the the arms longer, they’re weirdly too short.

The jacket feels nice on, has good stretch. I haven’t been able to wear it besides trying on. It’s still 100 degrees in the south, bought to add to my late fall/winter wardrobe, and to include in an upcoming trip.
I’m busty (40G) I ordered my normal size (1X) per the size chart and wish I’d sized up for layers under. There is room, it’s not fitted but another inch around the middle would’ve been better for me. Thus the 4 stars.
Most reviewers say they’re swimming in this, if you’re busty and have a little in the middle, here’s my take for what it’s worth.

I waited to love this hoodie but I don’t. First I find it itchy against any bare skin. Not soft enough for me and not given the hype. Second I ordered the 1X so I’d have room for something underneath and so it would be less fitted. Also not as hoped. Even a long sleeved heavy tee feels snug. I was disappointed after my wait.
