Love these + great customer service

These leggings are great: so toasty! Also, WoolX’s customer service has been just fabulous. First pair didn’t quite fit—decided I wanted the Tall sizing, even though I’m just 5’8”. They exchanged at no cost. And then the next pair had a problem (seemed defective), so they exchanged again for free. Third pair was a charm! Thank you, WoolX. I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

Beautifully made

The quality of the fabric is fantastic, smooth on the outside lightly looped on the inside and the seams are beautifully finished. I wore them for four days straight, they never got baggy, no camel toe. The waistband could definitely be a little more snug. Right now I am primarily using them under ski pants, so that is not an issue. These leggings have a good inbetween weight to them which gives them a nice finish, they definitely do not need to be hidden under ski pants, lovely on their own. Overall I am very pleased with them. I have several pairs of merino leggings from other companies and these are definitely the loveliest. And the extra added bonus is that they came in a TALL size! WoolX deserves a big thank you for that! I hope that WoolX will make a three-quarter version in THIS fabric with a snug-er waistband, keeping the pockets. That would be my dream legging!

Great Customer Service...

I wanted to give 5 stars for customer service after I gave 3 stars for the Piper XLG Tall. I can't seem to edit my original review. My issue with the Piper is that they are not waist-high, have no stomach support, and gave me a muffin top, so I kept having to pull it up. Otherwise, they were perfect in every other way (super soft, long enough for 5'11" me, great pockets). Customer service contacted me, and we went back and forth to discuss the issue. They happily accepted an exchange for another Stella and I returned the Piper, even after I wore it. If you need stomach support, try the Stella (unfortunately no pockets.... maybe some day?). Thank you Customer Service!
