I wanted to love the Piper Leggings so much, that I bought three sizes to determine the perfect fit. The warmth is spot on and exactly what I was looking for in my mountainous high desert region. The large Jogger pants were incredibly too big. I exchanged them for Piper and once determined that the Piper wasn't in stock, my money was returned without an option. The medium black Piper were too low in the waist and the small gray Piper fit perfectly. I typically wear a size 8 in jeans, a medium in leggings, and I am 5’7” tall, but the Woolx small seemed to be the best fit. After a week, I noticed the elasticity near the seams in the rear starting to deform. I am saddened and disappointed in the quality. I have two pairs of Smartwool running tights, that are 85% Merino wool, that I have had for years, wear regularly, and I wanted something similar, so I tried Woolx. I am hopeful that after a cold wash they will reshape themselves. Time will tell.

The fit is so comfortable. Looks great with my grape colored Mia.

I have been stalking Woolex for a long time! The more I learned, read and followed all of the positive feedback, I knew it had to be good! I started with the Piper leggings in both black and grey! It was beyond what I had hoped for! They are stylish, comfortable and warm! So comfortable! Fit is perfect! Pockets are a must and they are deep and very functional! Warmth? I am always cold and the leggings kept me warm outside in a cold, rainy Portland winter day.

Didn’t care for the feel of the fabric.

I usually run between a medium and a large for leggings. I started with a large in the Piper pocket leggings, then exchanged for a medium. These were both too big and did not stay up. I then tried a regular small and a tall small. The tall small stayed up a little bit better than the regular but just moving around the house for a half hour they kept creeping down. I had to continuously hitch them back up. Nothing in my pockets either. I really really loved these leggings. I just wish they would stay up. I did consider trying an extra small but I'm not even typically a small.......

Sizing chart is just not accurate. These leggings unfortunately became at home, in bed, only, leggings. When I first tried them on, they felt good. But the stretched out a bit and just walking down our short 2 bedroom apartment hallway, they are already falling below my butt. I bought a size smaller and still had the same issue. Even more disappointing is that the threads in the pocket are coming very unraveled. I have worn these about 10 - 15 times (only while lounging at home) and the threads started coming undone after the very first delicate wash(in a bag) and flat drying. I've had $20 leggings fit better and last far longer so I'm pretty disappointed. I absolutely love the fabric but I unfortunately don't think the bad outweighs the good with this this experience.

I got these woolx leggings for my Yellowstone trip in the fall. The 2 x were too big..(I’m 5-4 190 lbs)but the 1 x were perfect! I loved that I was able set up the return and the new size order all at once. The new leggings came in about a week or so. Very happy customer!

I want to like these but they bunch up at the ankles and while they don’t feel terribly itchy when I’m wearing them, I feel relieved to take them off at the end of the day.

Wanted to love these so much more than I did. :( Bought for a trip, and they started out great and slowly slid down all day long. Normally I am a 3XL - bought those, noticed they were too big immediately- exchanged for a 2XL and still had a problem. They felt warm, but sadly were not for me.

Woolx has great leggings! But, this round of leggings I purchased all feel “loose” in the upper thigh and waist. I bought SMALL which is my usual size. Perhaps I will try the XS next time but since this recent purchase had sale items (with no exchange or return), that is unfortunate. Still, I will try again (but only with items that can be exchanged). I hope this helps others when making a size decision.

Piper Pocket Leggings are a perfect fit and I love the versatile color! I chose the pocket version and love how my phone slips in easily, yet the pockets are not obvious. I was a bit unsure if leggings would be suitable for my age and lifestyle, but I'm sooo happy I took a chance and now I wish I could live in them! Great purchase!

After months of ads on Instagram I bought a pair of leggings. The material is soft and I would say warm but not my warmest pair. For the money if you want warm try another brand.

Love the Piper leggings - best leggings I’ve worn and they are just as advertised. I wore them in the winter cold with wind chills below zero and never got cold. I also wore them with warmer temps in the 30’s and 40’s and never got overheated! Love ‘em, got multiple colors!!

These leggings are comfortable and warm in the bitter cold we’ve had here in CT.

Love Them!!!! I'm very hot natured and texture picky and these passed both tests. Feel wonderful on!!! Wore for a week before washing. Stayed fresh. Kept me warm in the snow and stayed comfortable, not too hot, when coming inside.

Finally. Leggings that keep me warm. I’d probably try the next size smaller. This was my first pair and they are a little big, but they work. I ride my bike and instead of wearing 2-3 pairs of leggings/base layers i am able to wear just 1 pair of wools and be warm and comfortable

At first, I was thrilled with these, but... Two issues to be aware of with these. First of all, they stretch like crazy after a wash or two - so the sizing changes by about a full size. Then - the pockets are VERY slippery - I hadn't realized this until I sat down with something in my pocket - which promptly slid out and was gone forever. Until now, I had only hiked in them, so not an issue. I've NEVER had this happen with any other hiking tights/leggings before, so now I'm nervous to put anything in my pockets.

I normally am allergic to wool but I can wear these products without a problem. Very comfortable and fits well.

I do love the fabric. They are so warm and cozy. The only not so great thing is they don’t come up as high as I was expecting. There’s a bit of a gap at the back where I would expect there to be material. It’s not enough to return them - I really needed woolly warm leggings with pockets. But I won’t order another unless the waist comes up higher. 5’6 1/2” and 173 lbs., size XL.

These feel good, length is good. I’m going to order a pair without side pockets, these feel bulky.

I love the fit, size small, and it's always a gamble whether to order a medium or small. Soft and smooth, they look great with a wool tunic.

Not quite swelteringly warm, but a good protective base layer. Fits true to size, and at the right size they don’t slip too much. Wool isn’t the most stable legging material, but these stay up at the waist and are soft and comfy!

These leggings feel so good! Pockets are a must for me; they are so handy. According to size chart, I would be a S, but after poring over many reviews, I ordered XS, and they are perfect. (I am 5’6”, 110 lbs., straight build.)

I bought two of these, black and cinder. I wanted something a lil more “dressy” looking for when I would wear comfortable tights/leggings. The fit was perfect, the leggings just hugged my curves! I felt sexy! I’m 120lbs, 5’6” and got the XS. The leggings stayed snug, no saggy butt after a day of wear for a family party. I loved the leggings.

I will always be a lifelong customer! I love the quality, fit, and the comfort! I wear these and my black ones every day of the week to work. Just cannot beat the quality and the investment is worth every cent!

Fit well, warm, and very comfortable!

Size 16, 5'8" tall, ordered the XL. Fits perfectly. Warm. Not itchy. Not see-through. I have not washed them yet, nervous about that. Plan to air dry.

The fit is perfect and I just ordered my usual xL. The leggings are soft and look great. It was 8 degrees F when I tried them. I was warm enough to go about my shopping and chores. I don’t think I could stay outside for a long time in these in bitter weather. I’m very happy with the quality.

I LOVE the Pipers!! I love that the pockets fully fit my phone and even though I take the phone in and out of the pocket several times a day, the pockets spring back nicely. They’re not bulky under dresses so I can wear the pipers under them. They are thick, warm and so comfy cozy!. I am never going back to sweatpants and I can’t imagine going back to other leggings. They are twice as thick as the wooland ones so if you are buying them for the purpose of travel and trying to just take a carry-on then I might consider the other brand instead. But these have higher wool content & are much warmer than several other less expensive brands that I’ve tried, and they overall hold their shape very well so that I can wear them several days before washing. These are my go to every day leggingg for Winter.I am so excited to have found them! I love them when I go to my parents senior living community, they keep their apartment at 79°, but when we eat in the dining hall, it’s freezing. I wore these and my legs stayed completely comfortable, regardless the temperature. Usually, I’m doing a lot of work at my parents to help them out, and I tend to sweat bullets, but I was really comfortable from my waist down (so I now need to start investing in Woolx tops! ) These are long, so the ankles bunched up a little bit when trying to put them under or over socks when wearing with boots. Also, my waist is bigger than my hips and I have no butt, so they do slide down my tummy a little bit through the day, but that’s minor and it’s not stopping me from loving them and buying more. I now have them in three colors, plus one Stella. The Majolica blue Piper is my absolute favorite! My only regret is that I waited so long to buy them due to the cost, and now several of the colors in my size are out of stock. Worth every penny!

I’ve only worn them once so I don’t have much feedback. I do like the way they fit. I am 5’4 and I liked the length because they weren’t way too long like many other leggings.

Love them. They run a little long on me but still ok.

They are super comfy and pretty warm, but pilling and have loose threads after first use.

Very warm, exactly what I needed for this cold Indiana weather and I love the color Melange. I have a Medium I’m 5’7”” 145lb length is good.

Warm and Cozy, wearing my Piper Leggings with Pockets during this chilly Winter! I wear them in my house all day long. I wore them under jeans and ski pants during 3 days of ice storms in the Atlanta area. Wow! What a difference these Woolx leggings make, in keeping me comfortably warm. I ordered Black as my first Woolx purchase. I liked them so much, I also ordered The Piper in Cinder Melange/Gray, Deep Navy and Bracken/Brown. I am 5'6", weigh 130 and prefer the size M over S. I ordered Navy in a S, because they were sold out in M. They feel a little itchy, since they are a little tighter. Itch-free in size M.

I absolutely love my new Piper leggings. Sizing is perfect. I’m happy with the fit. They move with you but don’t bind. Just wish they had a bigger inventory of petite. They sell out fast!

Loved the side pocket.

I have other pairs of Piper in black. One reason I especially like them is the fabric. Unlike my Stella leggings, Pipers do not pill nor do they attract lint and hair. I had hoped the new gray Pipers would have the same silky weave as my black Pipers but they do not. Time will tell if they wear as well.

These are very comfortable. The fabric is soft, and they fit well. However, they aren't quite warm enough to be outside in freezing weather, at least not for me.

Great leggings! I was worried they would be itchy when I first put them on but that isn't a problem. I'm between sizes and got the larger size and the top slides down a bit when I walk.

They fit perfect and will great for Canada.

My daughter lives in Colorado and I was unsure whether or not she'd find the purchase to her liking. She's a "picky" one! She does a lot of biking and walking on the windy, cold Front Range. These are wonderful warm and pretty well fitting. It would be wonderful if leggings had a small waist alternative in the sizing matrix. I find that the fit is comfortable in the legs and hips but they fall down easily because I have a smaller waist and the construction doesn't lend itself to alterations.

Pipers are heavy weight, comfy and warm. I ordered my regular size of small and they are a bit tight in the lower leg but are stretchy enough to fit comfortably. I'm 5'9" and they are actually long enough, which is not always the case. I don't know how they compare to other Woolx leggings since theses are my first pair, but would order again.

Just as advertised. Warm, great color, pockets.

I wanted to love these leggings after hearing so many people rave about them, but they don’t hold their shape after 2 days of wear as planned for a long, international trip. They get baggy and slip down my waist so much that I’m spending the day pulling them back up. The point with Merino wool, and how these are advertised, is that they don’t need washing for several wears, extending laundry duties and limiting the amount of clothes you need on vacation. We backpacked in cold weather over 9 days and these leggings didn’t perform as hoped / advertised. They do not capture odd smells, so that’s a plus, but I don’t like drooping pants.

I wore once and washed once. Putting them on today and tore as shown in pic. I have never had this happen to a pair of leggings.

These pants are super comfy, very thick and strong and plenty warm. They fit just right and are a huge win!!!

I love the Piper leggings in my latest cinder melange color. I really like the melange as it softens the color and makes it so versatile. As always, the fit is great in my usual Small size. I have since ordered a hoodie in this same color.

I first ordered in size XL based on the sizing charts. The leggings were falling down as I walked. I contacted customer service and they helped me exchange for size L. Very easy process to exchange and love the leggings in size L as they stay up.

I live in my Piper leggings all winter long. I have every color that Woolx makes. They are warm, comfortable, and stylish. I had to size down to an XS in order to get the fit and compression I prefer. They are still long enough to come to my ankles at my height (5 ft. 9.5 in.). Wish these came in even more colors -- and in XS Tall.
