Woolx that you can dress up! Excellent temperature regulation and coverage for professional office wear. Pairs great with jackets and cardigans. I like the wide shoulders, and it hits just under my collar bone so it lays great and works with lots of different necklace lengths. I like it so much I got second one in dewdrop pearl as a back-up for when I eventually spill something that ruins it…plus I got the blue and purple too! The saturated colors are great for any season and go with all the neutrals.

Yes this top is expensive, especially for a basic sleeveless top— but because it’s a basic, and because it’s so insanely comfortable and temperature regulating, I now wear these ALL THE. TIME. These tops are insanely soft and feel effortless, they’re so comfortable and completely unrestrictive. My first Chessy was black and I sized down to S for it, and wore it on repeat— wore it so much that I went back while the 30% off sale was happening and got the white and red. I am totally ignoring a lot of my other spring and summer tops now that these exist so much that I feel kind of bad for them. Being DD, I like the fit of the S best for darker colors and my usual M for lighter ones. Oh- and they don’t lie about the odor prevention! You can wear at least 10 times without needing to launder. 5’1”, 145, 34DD.

The fabric was more sheer than I expected. I returned it.

This top is really long for my petite frame

I received Chessy in a light purple in a mystery bag in the fall and even though I wouldn't have bought her on my own, I liked her so much I ordered another color! It's definitely a dressier top.

I happen to really like this piece. It’s both warm and cool. For the range of temps we had the week I first wore this ranging from 20s to 70s it was great to feel some warmth as a base layer with a jacket under a warm coat as well as with a sweater which eventually ended up over my shoulders for as the temps rose throughout the day. I’m pretty busty and am often between sizes with my bust. It’s loose in the tummy area and I thought about sizing down but it fit across my chest and I loved that it was snug under my armpits with no gaping. I got a spot on it and the tag gave instructions for hand washing but after that it felt like the tank expanded and started gaping under my armpits so I thought maybe I should have sized down because it seems it expands after washing. Nonetheless, I liked the material so much that I started looking for something else with the same dual cool and warm properties. I was close to purchasing an Anna when I read a review lamenting discovering you can only dry clean and having ruined their sweater. The care instructions on the website said dry clean only. That surprised me bc it was the same material as the one I washed. I saw the same instructions for the Chessy and was confused so I looked at the label again which did say how to hand washing then also suggested dry cleaning. I contacted the company for clarity and discovered that even though the label says that it’s supposed to be dry cleaning only. Maybe that’s why it expanded some. I found that disappointing as I’m not interested in any dry cleaning. Wish I could give it more but I took 2 stars off for that because I really do love the elevated material and wish it hadn’t expanded but I have no idea of the material stretches and I should have sized down or if that was due to on the hand washing after I followed the instructions on the tag. Unfortunately, my lovely tank probably won’t last very long and unless they have material like this that can be hand washed I don’t plan to make any future purchases.

Love the top, I do think it is just a bit too long. There is a lot to tuck in when that is the way i want to wear it.

The Chessy is a great layering piece for my trip to Europe in May. It can be dressed up or dressed down. The dewdrop color is neutral but doesn't wash me out like most off-white colors. Well done, WoolX!

Super comfortable and provides just enough warmth

Purchased the Chessy in the Dewdrop Pearl. It is a finely knit sweater but unfortunately a bit see-through for me. A tan bra was fine but the waist of my jeans showed through and black pants as well. May have been good with a lighter linen for summer but just not what I was looking for.

Wanted to like it but the fabric seemed thin, showed things through it and unattractively bunched up. The darker tank tops look and fit better.

Wore it on a flight with a sweater over it. It was perfect

Ordered a small. The fabric is really nice and the dew drop pearl is a good neutral color but between the sizing (too tight) and the sheerness, I knew I wouldn't wear it. Returned it for a medium in deep plum.

The dewdrop chessy is beautiful. It is not to snug, nor is it oversized. This tank looks lovely on its own or as a layering piece. I have two Mia sweaters but not one in the dewdrop color. I may need to order one because it would be beautiful worn with the Chessy tank.

I’m a size inbetweener with my bust being my largest measurement. I’ve had a 1X Chessy for several months and am loving it! For winter, it’s a surprisingly comfy base layer - but I don’t need it quite so big as an undershirt. So i added this one with the recent sale. Lovely luxurious tank!

This is a perfect shell/tank for layering. It is a classic, light, sweater-like top with just the right weight. I expect it truly will be comfortable to wear year-round. It is a gorgeous, very soft wool piece.

So excited to test this set out on an upcoming trip! I got the Chesley tank and the matching cardigan in dewdrop pearl. I’d been looking for that right shade of off white/cream. Most iterations I had found were leaning either too yellowish or too tanish. This is the goldie-locks “just right” color. Its like having a clean base with limitless possibilities! Bring on the accessories and the contrasting dress, skirt, pants…whatever! I ordered XL, my regular size (bust is 40G), and it fits almost perfectly. I like the length of both pieces, but the arm length needs one roll up (nothing new for me) and the armpit on the tank is slightly large, but not enough to return it. Overall, a winner-winner!

The fit seems fine, however this tank is see-through thin. I was hoping to be able to wear it as a stand alone but will only be able to use it as a base layer. Disappointed in that.

I wear a medium in most WoolX tops, but the arm holes were large, so sized down to a small. The fit was flattering, but the fabric was too sheer for my comfort. Too bad as I was excited to add a light neutral to my wardrobe.

Worth the money! I'm slowly replacing my basics with quality fabrics and classic style that will stand the test of time and this piece is one of them. Fit is true to size and fabric is soft and comfortable but not too warm.

This is a lovely shirt to wear in the summer as a tank and on cooler days as a bottom layer. The white color looks clean and elegant. I normally wear a size 2 in shirts and this fit very well. I was worried that the arm holes might be too big or low but they fit perfectly. The material is high quality as expected.

This sleeveless sweater is one of the nicest pieces I have ever gotten from Woolx. It is of course a more formal piece of clothing than I usually buy. It is soft and has nice detail at the neck and armholes, so that it can be worn casually or with a blazer or with a suit jacket. It is very nice and I am glad I bought it. The color is lovely--a very nice soft off-white.

I purchased this sleeveless top to add to my travel capsule wardrobe. I have not traveled with this shirt yet, but hopefully it will be a functional addition to include in my carry-on suitcase.

This is a gorgeous “the closest I’ve seen to white” wool tank. It’s a fine sweater gauge material. Very comfortable and classy - could be easily dressed up, especially if paired with the matching cardigan. I was looking for something to replace my white cotton tanks - I will have to see if Chessy is too warm or not this summer for that purpose before I let the cotton go. I would be thrilled with a lightweight Phoebe tank in this color. That said, I am definitely (!) keeping Chessy - and may eventually add another to my wardrobe in time, bc she feels exquisite, the cut is perfection, and I know I will wear her as a super soft baselayer all winter. I am a size inbetweener with my largest measurements being my bust & shoulders. I get my larger size in Woolx ribbed pieces for my preferred drape. I definitely got the right size here - she highlights the curves I want to show without hugging and exposing those I don’t! Woolx hit it out of the park with this one!
