When I first tried them on, I loved the fit and compression and was super happy. So I threw away the packaging and wore them throughout the day. Unfortunately, no matter what I did, the legs rode up as I walked around, bunching uncomfortably around the tops of my legs and defeating the whole purpose of providing thigh protection.

Got a special offer for this at half price during checkout. I ordered XL, my current size, and it's a huge miss. I am pear shape, so the compression band continuously rides up over my hip bones, rolls down at the top, and bunches around my waist. Then, after a couple of minutes or trying to walk more than a few feet, the thighs roll up. I tried it twice with different outfits and took it off halfway through the day the second time and threw it away because it's so uncomfortable and not fit for purpose (unfortunately it's been too long to return amd I have a dog, so pet hair attached itself immediately). It provides no shaping and no thigh rub protection for me.

I was so excited to have this garment to wear under dresses, but I am only 5 feet tall. The shorts go all the way to under my breast, which would be okay, but there is no silicone to keep it in place and it rolls down. Also the tummy control band starts to high since I'm so short waisted my lower belly hangs underneath. I am sure for a taller person theseshorts would be prefect.
Please make in petite sizes with anti roll features. Thank you.

Was nicely surprised at how soft they are. And not constricting like some shapewear can be. The legs are not tight so I think they will be best with a skirt or dress. Great for warm weather. Pros - the wide waistband is comfortable and compression.
Cons - I’d prefer a bit longer, as they ride up and bunch in the legs. The bottom seam around the legs makes a ridge under clothing, not a big deal with a looser dress, but for form fitting dresses, you can see it.

Unfortunately medium was good in waist but big in the leg opening so much that it wasn’t flush with your body/skin so underneath the Cassie dress for instance you could see the bulging of fabric below, maybe a small would fit better for me but not sure , what a great price though

Not my first pair of Marley shorts. They are perfect to wear under skirts and dresses to eliminate the dreaded chafing. Marley is mildly shaping. The shorts are quite high waisted and may show as bulk under more fitted tops if worn with pants/skirts.

Nice quality garment, close to being the shorts version of the Ellis tights. Despite being the same size as Ellis (large), the fit around the hips and crotch is tighter, tight enough that it started to ride up in front (even with underwear on for try on). The waist was loose enough that a larger size would have been too large. I'm sure they're great for others but not quite right for me! My measurements: 5'5", 145lbs, 28" inseam, 38-29-41.

I’ve only ever given Woolx products 5 star reviews—I’ve adored absolutely everything I have ever ordered (I’ve been ordering for about 7 yrs now) until these shorts. I was really hoping for the best. Pros: lightweight, soft, good overall quality. Cons: the legs are not the same thickness as the tummy portion and are surprisingly thin. They start rolling up within minutes of wearing. The tummy portion starts rolling down on the second wear. Totally uncomfortable when there is a constant need to readjust due to rolling. For reference, I am 5’7” and weigh 146lbs, and ordered size medium which were a good overall fit for my size.

I got a size L bc I’ve lost 25 lbs and was afraid XL would be too stretchy. I’m glad I did. While needing to pull to get them up, I feel the fit is perfectly comfortable. The sinched waistband stays flat which is a PLUS. Wish they price was lower, but I can over with it bc if the quality and fit. And I know it will last for many ears.

This black pair is my second pair of these (bought the beige pair first), so clearly I am happy with the item! I wear them under dresses & skirts for extra warmth/modesty. I worried that the wool might be “sticky” & cause the top fabric to cling, but I have not found this to be a problem. My only complaint is that the “legs” ride up. I suspected this would be an issue bc/this length in “bike”

Not a fan, the spandex part on top isn’t high enough for someone with loose skin who had a baby. Either I have to keep them quite low which makes loose upper belly skin sag over the top, or I have to yank them up and then have awkward lower belly bulge which looks crazy under a dress. Fit isn’t an issue, width-wise these fit me fine in my regular size. It’s just not correctly designed for shaping

I’m returning these shirts as they rolled at the waist durning try on. They may work better with a long camisole instead of a sports bra style for me. The Hayden bra also rolls which I didn’t realize until I committed to wearing it. I am 5’3” 143#.

They are nice warm and soft; however, that’s the only good thing about them.
They are falsely advertised as shapewear, and supposedly they let you go down two sizes. Not in a bit.
Their belt is broad and rather firm, but the bottom is so loose it streched out and started coming up my thighs making them absolutely uncomfortable. Before purchasing I made sure I got the right size based on sizing instructions. Wore them for 4 hours to an event and couldn’t wait to get home to take them off. That makes them unqualified for return; yet I’m sure I don’t want to wear them again. This experience makes me question quality of all woolx products and really doubt their advertising and marketing strategy.

The concept of wool shapewear intrigued me and I wanted to try it. I carefully read through reviews and saw many complaints about sizing running small, so I sized up. Probably a mistake, because there was no shaping effect whatsoever. I'm not going to keep throwing $100 bills at the product hoping to make it work, since underwear is something it's wrong to return. (Didn't ask but can't imagine it's returnable.) It's back to Spanx for me.
