Love the Monroe skirt! I have worn it a few times and can tell it will become a staple in my wardrobe. Wore this during the heat dome in Atlanta. It was super comfortable and confirmed to me the value of merino as a cooling fabric. As others have mentioned, the one thing that could make this skirt better is pockets. I love the streamlined cut over my wide hips, so I would welcome a waistband pocket to stash license and credit card.

I cannot say enough good things about this skirt. I am 5"2 and 130lbs and the skirt hits perfectly on my knee. I love the material. It is not see through and does not stick to you. I am a medium in the bike short from woolX but a small in the skirt in case that helps you with sizing.

The wool fabric was very thin - I think I was unrealistic thinking it might be the weight of ponte. This would be a great skirt to throw on over capris after a yoga class, dance class or leaving the gym ....if you have errands to run

The Monroe skirt is true to size, so very flattering, and so versatile! I love the wide waistband (please do not change the wonderfully wide waistband!)! I cannot wait to buy it in more colors! This skirt is awesome to pack for trips and so comfortable and beautiful! The wide waistband lets me fold the skirt down once if I want a shorter length…and I love wearing my wider belts with it as well! This skirt is one of my favorites! Please bring back the French Roast color!

Comfortable, classic, classy I really love this skirt. The wool is fine and beautiful, if a bit thin. I found a half slip from years ago and wore it under the skirt to give it a bit more body, but then it was perfect. It is a skirt that can be dressed up or down, perfect for every wardrobe.

Almost Five Stars This is almost everything I was looking for. The style is classic, but the wool is too thin. I must wear a slip with the skirt to avoid clinging. A bit more substantial fabric would eliminate that issue. That said, it’s a timeless style and I’m glad to have it in my wardrobe.
