I ordered the tall because I have long legs. It worked out well, hitting just below the ankle. The pants are nicer than I thought they would be. They are easy to dress up and easy to take on a trip. It will be part of my minimalist packing list!

I am 5’11 and I got these in a extra large tall and they were too big and I got them in a large tall and they’re still a bit roomy but that’s perfect. The length is absolutely spot on. I am so happy with these I’m gonna wear these on my airplane trip for 22 hours to Africa next month.
I may even get another color!!

Not right for me at this time. Neither the regular or tall fit me right in the legs, too tight in the calves. The talls were a better fit in the rise but that meant the inseam was a bit long on me.
But the main reason I returned them was the fabric. I prefer the feel of (travel) fabrics with a higher wool percentage. The high percentage of nylon and polyester wasn't to my liking. I'm trying to find something half way between this fabric and the outbound merino fabric.

I wasn’t sure I’d like them when I first received them - they are extremely light weight. But I’ve now worn them a couple of times and am sold. Very comfortable, stretchy waist in back, and great pockets. Can be dressed up or down. Another winner!

These are amazing. Perfect travel pants. The material feels like a more breathable, natural version of hiking pants rather than a typical merino knit. Super lightweight, versatile, flattering and comfy. I think they run a bit large. I went for a tall size and sized down, and they’re perfect full-length pants.

I really disliked the fabric for these pants. It felt more like parachute polyester than wool to me. Wish you would have some pants that aren't ankle length for summer.

I have worn them twice for golf. Both golf days the course was really wet and Nicole pants were really easy to spot clean after mud got all over them
They kept my legs warm but I never got hot. I paired them with my Ryann hoodie. Great outfit for a chilly wet day of golf

Thank goodness for Nicole Tall pants - in the last month, I've had four meetings in Boston (Commuter train and T). I tend to misplace my tickets - but with Nicole's hidden zipper pocket I was all set! I'm 5 ft 6 in with long legs, and don't like ankle pants so purchased the Tall after reading other reviews. The sizing chart seems off for these pants. I ordered a large, based on the chart, and I’m usually a large. But they were too big, and bulky in an unflattering way. I ordered the medium and they were just right.

I ordered regular initially and they were too short for my liking. I exchanged for tall and I like the fit much better. I am 5' 8" tall. I know they are ankle pants, but I felt that the regular showed too much ankle. The pants are very nice and fit well and will be great for travel.

I got the Nicole pants in Tall Large, which fit me well, size-wise and they reached to my shoes as pants should. I am 5’6”, 180# with an apple shape (big gut) and straight hips. Unfortunately, the cut of the pants was just not flattering at all on me. For the price, they need to look outstanding, so I returned them.

The regular length Nicole ankle pants in black were my go-to from the moment I got them last year. I even wore Ellis and ankle boots to stretch them into the fall and winter! I am very much looking forward to the Tall! I will probably end up with a pair in every color and not take them off until it’s time for my Pipers to go back into rotation.

I originally bought the Nicole in Med Regular but wanted a longer length so I returned it and was waiting for a Med Tall. During the recent sale, the Med Tall wasn’t available so I pulled the trigger on the Small Tall. It fits and is very comfortable!

These are a 5 STAR, but because I desperately wanted the Nicole pant for travel, and medium was out of stock at the time of order, I ordered a large. These are very loose through my hips and seat. Once I work up the nerve, I will try to take them in a bit. I wore them, but felt very self conscience of how big they were. I ordered tall, and the length is perfect. Lesson learned - order your proper size!! (I'm 5'8" 138 lbs)

I'm 5'5", 110lbs and got the XS Tall, because I don't really like ankle pants, so the tall worked well. The only negative is that for those of us with muscular calves, when I get up from sitting down, the pants have crept up and I have to physically push them back down to my ankles, because they are "stuck" on my calves. Otherwise they are very nice and look good.

Love these for casual wear and for hiking. Very comfortable. My only complaint is that the cinch strap inside the waist does not stay cinched so it’s rather pointless. Because the cinch strap doesn’t work I do have to keep pulling them up.

I took these pants from the shipping bag to my suitcase for a 3-week trip to Europe (without trying them on). What a workhorse pair of pants! I wore them for 2 of the 3 weeks every day and only needed to wash them once. The weather didn't matter, rain or full sun, these pants were awesome! They dried quickly after rain showers and didn't have any odor at all. I loved that I could carry my passport in the zippered pocket and feel absolutely comfortable. They are a bit big in the hips and length, so I've already ordered and received a size down.

This material is MUCH thinner than I expected as it was described as "all season wear". Do not be fooled -- it's definitely summer weight, definitely not winter. I'm taking to Europe in the fall and I'll be interested to see if my legs get cold. That said, the pants are well made, and the front pockets are deep. I didn't want ankle pants, so I ordered the Tall (I'm 5'4") and that made them long enough to be regular pants length. I wear size 6 pants and the Small was the correct size. I very nearly returned them because of the thinness of the material, but if you don't need them for winter, they are good pants.

The Nicole pants are Lightweight, like wearing a cloud! Tailored waistband in front but comfy elastic at the back, plus a hidden drawstring for even more customization. Two fully functional deep front pockets and a zipper pocket on the right (holds my iPhone 14pro max just fine!). The only thing I’d add would be a back zippered pocket!

I took a chance and returned it for a medium tall. I am so glad I did! I love it and am wearing it now at the airport on my way to Scotland with a black Junie and sea mist Ryann. For reference, I am 5’9” 165 # 40-35-41.

I really wanted to like these pants. The fabric is amazing but they just didn’t fit me well. I need a long inseam but not a long rise. The long rise on the tall size ended up bringing the waist band to my ribs while making them look very baggy in the crotch and butt. The Palmers didn’t work for me because they were baggy around the hips and these are slimmer through the hips but the extra fabric in the butt and crotch was just too much. I sent them back. I am 5’7”, 132# and ordered a small.

I’ve worn my Nicole’s once and loved them. At 6 feet tall, I don’t care for ankle length pants because it looks like my pants are too short, but I wanted to give them a try. In the warm months with sandals, I will enjoy them, but I doubt I’ll wear them in cooler weather because of the length. I ordered the tall size, but again, as a tall woman, that’s why I gave them 4 out of 5 stars.

Was divided about whether to return these - they are lovely, but for the price not quite perfect for me. I like the lightweight material, they are comfortable but the length is awkward (admittedly - I am not a fan of ankle length in general). I ended up getting the tall small size and at 5'7", I am glad I went with talls. Length is good then, I like the tapered legs. They definitely sit higher on my waist than what I'd normally prefer, in fact I found I can easily roll the entire wide waistband down and have them sit in a more comfortable spot (but this adds bulk obviously). I'd also add back pockets - maybe even a zippered small leg pocket cargo style - to make these better for traveling. The pockets they do have are nice and big at least. Overall I'll probably keep them but they're not as perfect as I was hoping for!

I was looking for a comfy, yet dressy looking pair pants for an overseas trip. They actually are more dressy than expected, the fabric has a light sheen to it, not jersey like most of the other Woolx products I have purchased. The stretch of the material is like a favorite pair of yoga pants. They are a touch tight through the thigh, you might go a size up if that’s an area of concern.

I had tried Palmers without success. In my size, they ballooned out at the hips. I also didn't like the elastic on the ankles. I wanted full length pants, and in the Tall Nicoles I got the perfect length for me. I just took them on their first outing, a 3-mile dog walk, and wore a tunic on top, and realised they'll be excellent for a trip to Italy I have planned, where my knees must be covered for churches etc but where I may not want to wear a dress. The slim leg works well under tunics and dresses. The waist is very comfortable even though my waist measures (I think) at least an inch more than the sizing guidelines, but my hips are within them. These pants will work well for warm weather travel, as well as everyday wear.

Nice lightweight feel and the right kind of pockets including a deep zippered pocket. I’m 5’6” , long waisted; regulars had too short of a rise but talls worked. I have worn these pants almost non stop because they are very comfortable and own multiple pairs.. I wish I could say they were also very flattering but for me the many gathers on the back waistband don’t work. Makes them much more casual too. Would like to have seen a flat back waistband like the Athleta Endless pant .

Taller length was great but the pants overall just don’t work. A little too tapered for my modestly muscular calves (when I sit, the legs ride up and then when I stand they don’t go back down easily) and weirdly poofy in the back. I tried the tall and regular lengths and both suffered from the weird poofiness.

At 5’10”, I found the tall version of the Nicole to be a good length - I certainly wouldn’t want to go shorter, and with some shoes I would prefer a little more length.
That said, I found the pants to fit very well, they are really comfortable le and I love the light fabric.
