I've already worn them several days in a row, and they are just as comfortable, and look just as good on day 3 and 4 as they did on day 1. Still providing gentle support. No bagging at the knees. I also love the petite sizing - it's a treat to have leggings that actually end at my ankles without scrunching, or having to cuff them. And the pockets are so convenient! They hold my phone snug and secure.

The leggings are really comfortable, and I can’t believe how warm they are. I plan to wear these for walking/hiking and errand running in cold weather, and I think they’ll be great. Despite being quite thick they do just barely pass the “squat test” if you are really looking closely, but probably not in a way that would be noticeable in most circumstances.

It fits perfectly. As a petite, I usually have to hem things but this was truly a petite, no hemming needed. I haven't had a chance to test the warmth of this because I live in a tropical climate but I'll be ready for travels next fall and winter. I can tell these leggings are warmer than the ones I have.

Soooo, the one star I took off is probably my fault…ish. The thing I forgot about wool is that it’s quite stretchy. And not as clingy as my normal tights. So, these keep falling down.
I’m 5’1”, 150. I’m normally a medium. I bought a large, for reasons unknown (I also bought a medium, reviewed separately). I probably should have gone with a small just so I don’t spend so much time hiking them up.

The very first time I wore them I got poked with briars. It actually made a hole in the leggings. I put gray check on them to keep it from ripping more. Is there a return/exchange policy for that? That’s too much $ for them to be ripped on a hike.

Wore these on our ski trip to Hakuba, Japan and they were amazing; worth every penny! I just wish I had gotten the top to go with it! Amazingly, you dont need to wash them all the time, use them for several days, they dont smell! I just wore these under my ski bibs and didn’t need any other layer! They’re fabulous!

Very comfortable. With temps and wind chills below 0, I haven’t worn these except as a base layer under other pants. So often the elastic in base layers are really uncomfortable, but these have a wide band that’s really comfortable. When it warms up a tad, I’ll wear them as leggings to yoga class. I already know they’re comfortable, so I know like them for that too! I just hope the wool in them will make them warmer than other yoga pants/leggings.

Love the feel (no itch!), look and fit of these leggings. Stable without being constricted at the waist, and they stay up pretty well considering my flattish backside. 5’4” 130lbs size SM and the petite length is so nice (no bunching). The welcome pockets are what made me invest in these slightly pricey leggings. Only negative is the fabric holds onto cat hair like Velcro, so I’m constantly lint-rolling them!

I am 5’2”, so I ordered the petite leggings. I love the feel of them. They regulate warmth well. I didn’t get too hot inside. I wish they were slightly more high-waisted. They seem to ride down of the course of the day wearing them. I found myself pulling them up as the day progressed. I might prefer the regular pants for the rise, if only they came in different inseams.

The way this winter has been I thought I would try these. I hesitated because these are expensive. I am in and out a lot beside snowshoeing and skiing. I ordered the piper, because I wanted POCKETS.
These are TOTALLY worth it. I have several things with merino wool and like every piece. These did not disappoint. For reference: I am 5'2" 139lbs. I wear size 10 or 12 pants. I ordered the large petite. They are quite stretchy, but not loose or saggy.

These leggings definitely exceeded my expectations. They’re soft, comfortable, not itchy, and WARM! I’ve been on a ski trip this week and have worn these as a base layer under ski pants on the slopes as well as wearing them as leggings with a long sweater and as tights under a skirt.
I have never worn a garment that truly resists odors like these. Could wear them all day on the slopes and then out to town for dinner the same day without having to wash them . If you have wondered about whether or not to get these, ORDER them!!!!

I like the look and fit of my Piper leggings, but they are very itchy, no warmer than my 2 year old compression leggings, and they attract lint and any fuzz or speck in the vicinity. Literally. Like a magnet. If they hadn’t been so very expensive I wouldn’t be bothered by the warmth part, but for the price they should deliver.

I've only had these leggings for a couple of weeks but I really love them! I've worn them for 2-3 days in a row to test the stretch and how they hold up. They stay up very nicely, no sliding down, and they fit very nicely all over.
