The Nicole ankle pants are well cut and comfortable (I ordered a small based on other Woolx purchases), but they are not as flattering for me as the Emerson pants or your leggings. Maybe a tall would have been more flattering. The fabric is light and comfortable and I found myself wishing that fabric came in a boot leg pant style with pockets (I don't purchase bottoms without pockets).

I like the color. I'm 5'3" and got the regular length since I didn't really want an ankle pant and have to worry about what shoes would still look good with a high pant leg. The pockets are deep. It dried fast after I was caught out in the rain.

I am 5'6" and 240lbs. I bought a XL they fit really well in the waist and but; however the legs are more tapered than I prefer. I have wide calves and the legs don't look amazing on me but I do think over all its a good fit. I purchased these for a trip. They are soft and the pockets are a good size.

I really wanted these for travel to very hot places where women my age don’t wear shorts or skorts, like Southeast Asia. These can be dressed up or down in this beautiful deep navy. They look great on and are comfortable, and roll to nothing in the suitcase. I’m thrilled with them!

The quality of these pants seems top-notch, as expected from WoolX. I am 5’4” with a 27” inseam, and the XS length hits just at the top of my foot — no pooling and no ankle showing, which is exactly how I like my pants to fit. My only slight reservation is the fit: I am an XS (about 119lbs); and wear a size 0 or 2 for pants, but my thighs are thick (& butt a little big) relative to the standard size measurements. These pants are just a little bit tight on my thighs; tighter than I might prefer. I think they will loosen up with wear, but just FYI, if your legs/butt are more “meaty” than your slim waist might indicate, then you might find the cut of these too slim. Sizing up is not a good choice for me, because actually the XS waist is slightly too large. I think a Small would be too big for sure. Overall, I am happy with these pants & would consider buying more, even if the cut and sizing are not perfect for my body.

These Nicole pants were a surprise for me in that the fabric was much different than I had imagined. It is more of a Poly/nylon blend with merino in the blend at 42%. Very light weight, do not cling, and they have pockets.
At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep them, but I had also purchased a pair for my daughter. She tried them on and really liked the light weight trouser leg for working. I decided to keep my pair also. I think they will be nice for spring and fall, and even a cooler summer evening. I like the way they drape, not too loose not too tight in the legs.

Love the Nicole pants. They were perfect on my recent vacation—i took 3 pairs with me. My only reservation is that I am in-between lengths and the petite is a good ankle length, and the regular length is slightly long for what I want for a regular length. I wish the petite offered a length that was a bit longer than ankle length for pants.

These are great pants. I wouldn't believe that they were marina wool if I hadn't purchased them myself. I am a size 18/20 and 5'6" tall, I ordered the size XL in Deep Navy. For me, they fit perfectly, and the length is just right. They are actually ankle length, i can even give them a small cuff. At the bottom and make them a tiny bit more casual. I give them 4 of 5 because I have larger calves, the pant leg isn't a straight leg its more of a taper. I am not a 100% certain I am going to keep these. However, they are it meant for a trip first. So I have to see how they look with the tops that I chose for it.

It took a couple of tries to find the right size but once I did, I immediately ordered a second pair in another color.
I’m 5’2”, 125#, and tried the petite small but they were too big. I then tried the petite xs but didn’t like how the calves were tight especially in an ankle length.
My Goldilocks size was regular XS. They are perfect snd I actually like the length better even though I’m petite.
These will be a workhorse travel pant as well as an everyday pant, even on the warmest of summer days.
Brooklyn athleta pants served this purpose up till now, but I’m happy to replace them with my Nicole.

These pants are so flexible- easy to dress up or down. They keep you cool and dry even when it’s hot and humid. I love wearing these when we go out to eat because even through it’s hot outside, restaurants are usually too cold for me; these keep me comfortable. They compress down to a very small size and are excellent for packing. I’ve been wearing these with my cream heather Mia.

I’m 5’4”, 160 pounds. Weight carried more in the hips and thigh. The size large works great! On me, these are full length pants. The waist is a little loose, but the legs are perfect. Slim, fitting, but not tight.
The sneaky pockets are awesome!! It’s so nice to have women’s clothing with pockets-both regular and secure ones.

4 stars for fit issue. I am usually a size small in Woolx bottoms but to really use the marvelous pockets (multiple phones, occasionally several golf balls…), I sized up. Grateful for the waist drawcord but even then the pants are droopy. I am constantly tugging the cord tighter. That said, I have four colors so it’s not a deal breaker.

I was so hopeful but the elastic waistband requires a very long top to hide properly so it looks saggy around the bum. On me the leg opening at the ankle is too small. The merino fabric feels more synthetic than what I was expecting so the pants do not look or feel like they warrant the high cost or feel like the merino I expected from other brands. Overall disappointed with the purchase and since this was my first time buying woolx, I will probably not purchase again.
