My experience is more about an exchange. I bought this cardigan for my mother in black as a gift that I had planned to hold onto until her birthday in the fall. After having it a couple of months, she declared that she wanted it in Navy and not black. I contacted Woolx unsure of whether I could even still exchange it. I had been looking for a long cardigan, of merino wool, blend ever since my beloved long cardigan/merino wool that I purchased from another vendor who has discontinued the sweater eventually wore out and was no longer available to purchase from the vendor.. When I saw the Woolx one on line I ordered one for me and one for my daughter. Both fit nicely, color was just right, great pockets and warm without bulk. I was a wool naysayer but this brand has changed my mind. I am traveling a lot more and need clothes that can withstand the travel. My skin is incredibly sensitive. I’ve tried other fashionable wool companies before and had bad reactions. Not bad reactions here! Just cute and comfortable clothing that lasts. I am now a devoted customer and bought this in both the navy and black.
