I took a chance and ordered a mystery item! I never would have ordered this item but so glad I got it! The material is SO soft and it’s really stretchy! This is one size down from my usual size, so a bit snug right now, but really comfortable! Huge fan of the Vivi and I want to try other ribbed items now too!

The mystery items are a good value, but I wish the sizing was more consistent across the whole line up. I got 1 mystery item in my normal size (a shacket) and it was huge on me, so the next time I got a mystery item, I sized down and that item (tank top) is very tight. I know it’s kind of the luck of the draw with which item you get, and that’s part of the appeal, but it kind of sucks that I won’t be able to wear either. It would be nice to have an option to specify which size you want in each type of fit.

Forgot that I ordered an xs (instead of my usual small) mystery item but turned out it was a good choice. I would never have chosen this item or color but the fit is good with the addition of a belt. I have a couple of necklaces that work well with the Mocha Meringue Vera. Just need to find the right scarf as another option.

I always order items in bright/cool colors, save for leggings. The ribbed tank is light brown/tan, a color I just don't wear well. It likely will be worn more as a base layer in cooler/cold weather.

At first I was unsure of the color, but it looks really nice on me and I love that it's classic understated, allowing me to dress it up any way I want. It was a top with snaps at the crotch. I ordered size medium (my normal size) and it was too small to even try all the way on. Took a gamble and it didn’t work out. Live and learn I suppose.

I received a flannel jacket. The colors were lovely, the fit was perfect. The issue was the itch. It is so itchy that I will have to wear a layer underneath. It reminded me of the itch of wool from the 1980's. I found that I was unable to wear it with bare skin.

I usually get an XL for my mystery bag but sometimes it’s a bit too big when I g set pants, so I was hoping that if I size down to a large, I would get pants, but I got a top. It’s called Elsa. So it was a bit too snug for me, but it was an absolutely beautiful top. Very good value for money and who doesn’t love a good mystery

My bad. I’m generally a XSM. I was so happy to receive a pair of Emerson pants. They are a snug fit and would have been fine were it not for the front pocket slit design which gapes. A Small would have been perfect. I’m not totally unhappy though because of the price. I will be wearing them with a top that hides the pockets.

I do like the pants I got.
My only issue with Woolx is please show the inseam of your pants and leggings. The models height doesn’t help because some people have long legs and shorter torsos and some have short legs and longer torsos.
I am having the hem of my pants let out as much as possible.

I received a Quinn 1/4 zip top for my mystery item. This is my first ribbed item and I love the way it feels on me. I got an XS in the purple color and I love it! The only negative is it seems to be really big on me. Maybe in the winter I can layer under it?

I'd received one in my mystery bag, so this one was gifted to my (excited) sister. Wasn't a first or second choice in color I would have picked, but it's definitely a wearable product that I/we still like.

I have read reviews about Woolex merino wool items and have wanted to try it for myself. So, I got the mystery box! I love everything I received! And, what a great value. The soft pink cardigan is now my best friend. I wear it everyday. Over my Jammie’s, with my scrubs , on a plane, on the train, running errands, excellent performance, washes well, looks great! And I love the dress, v-neck sweater, long sleeved tshirt, vest and shorts. I’m a believer! Give it a try, you’ll be writing the next review!

I know this was a mystery item, so I understood there was some risk involved, but this one really missed the mark for me. I received sand-colored ribbed bike shorts, and unfortunately they just aren’t functional for my wardrobe — especially under dresses, where the ribbing shows through and creates an odd texture. Even at the mystery price point, this isn’t an item I would have chosen for myself.
You win some, you lose some, and I definitely learned my lesson with mystery items. Probably not something I would try again.

This is not a style that fit me at all. None of the items I have purchased and kept have been items with small busts and big hips, yet I’ve had to BST most of these. I got no takers on BST for this item and ended up giving the item away.
I have also gotten mostly Toasted Almond and Mocha Merangue colored items which are not flattering colors for me. I’m sure, by now, you are probably ordering less of this color since apparently you end up with a lot of leftovers in this color.
In the future, if you could create more colors flattering to Summer-colored folks (creams rather than tans, pale blues, greens, etc.) in styles that are loose fit for those of us who don’t want our clothes clinging to our midriff.
That said, I have a lot of WoolX and am taking primarily a WoolX wardrobe on a 28 day train trip across Canada in a few days.

I've received 2 mystery items; 1 was a 3x sleeveless dress that is very comfortable but an unflattering cut for plus sizes. I will wear it as loungewear.
The other was a black v neck tee which is lovely but too small--i asked for 3x and was sent 2x

I’m so glad I took a chance on the mystery item! I received a short sleeved crew neck top in a gorgeous grayish-lavender color and I have already worn it multiple times. It’s the top I have always needed. Nice for layering when in cool air conditioning and perfect weight for spring and early summer. 10/10!
