I’m glad that I wore my Topanga skirt and Mia top to go square dancing. I was able to put my car keys and an xs wallet in one pocket and my iPhone in the other pocket, so I didn’t need a purse. And I was the driest one there! No sweaty shirt (believe me that I put my arms around many sweaty waists and backs)! It’s a perfect outfit for any kind of dancing!

I was unsure about the Topanga skort at first because I carry all of my weight in my lower abdomen (thanks, menopause!). I’m 5’3” and 135 pounds, so I worried it might not be the most flattering.
I decided to keep it anyway… and now I genuinely love it. The fit is surprisingly comfortable and forgiving, the material feels great, and it moves with me without any issues. I’ve been wearing it with the Woolx Rosie top and the combination looks and feels perfect.
So glad I gave it a chance—this is a keeper!

Not wild about the material on the back of the waistband and will always try and cover it. IMO, it takes away from an elevated look for this item.
The shorts? I’ve gotta say I am 5’ tsll they are too short for me. They are just at a weird length. I will likely wear this with othet shorts underneath.

I really love all the pieces I get from this company, the skirt is fantastic because the biker shorts are thin and comfortable and not bulky at all. The skirt also lays flat because of the wider waistband and is very comfortable, I also love the hidden pockets. I wore it today as a matter of fact! Once I put it on, I never wanna take it off.

I struggled to choose a size, but I settled on an XS. It was the right choice - it’s the perfect size for me. (I am 119lbs & usually wear a 25 in looser cut pants & a 26 in “skinny” jeans). This skort is very cute & the built-in leggings are lightweight & comfortable. Pockets in the shorts are on both sides! So glad I ordered.

this skirt is super cute. I wish the waist sat a bit lower, but love the wool shorts underneath. it is a bit snug if you have more curvy hips so keep that in mind and maybe size up.

It is very comfortable but I’m wondering if I should have ordered a smaller size because with my phone in the pocket, the weight pulls the waistband down. Should the elastic be more firm? I’ve ordered other 100% wool items from you and have loved them. I should have looked at the fiber content then I wouldn’t have been surprised that the skirt part of the skort was largely synthetic

I have been wearing this skirt a lot and in general am really enjoying it. It’s just really nice and lightweight for summer. I’m 5’10” though and it’s a bit too short for me. I could do with a couple more inches on the liner short. I find myself pulling them down frequently. And some more length on the skirt for modesty would be nice. When I sit down or the wind blows and the slit opens, I feel a little embarrassed by the amount of legging show. I bought a second in blue and ended up sending it back, but I’ve still been wearing the black often.

I bought a size medium because I wear things loose. When I put my phone in the inner shorts pocket, the weight of it drags down the skort. I suppose I don’t need the extra elasticity of the waistband and could probably fit into a size small. This skort works great when I’m riding my bicycle; plenty of movement and the inner shorts keeps me covered.

I love the feel of the fabric. I have to admit I was afraid it might be a little itchy or scratchy, but it is definitely not. I would’ve given five stars, but I ordered a medium, which in my humble opinion I’m definitely not a small, but it does seem a little big. Customer Service was amazing and they offered me the opportunity to order a small and see which one I like better but I had already worn the medium so I guess I’ll stick with it.

Just wanted to say how much I’m loving my skort! Shorts underneath are soft and comfortable and the outer fabric is sporty. Woolx’s website suggests a small for my measurements but I ordered my usual xtra small and it’s not tight on me.

I love the flattering shape. I love that the pockets are in the inside shorts to keep the outside looking smooth. It’s also super comfortable. I’ve only worn it a few times, but it appears that it will wear well. I was surprised at the large percentage of unnatural fibers, but that is my own fault for not reading that before I bought it.

I really wanted to love this skort as I live in skorts during the hot summers of NorCal. But...after a few wears, this item stretched out enough where the shorts ride up (not fun) - I tried washing it to shrink it a bit but no luck (guess the positive is that items do not shrink!). Anyhow now I have an item that I cannot really wear but cannot return that was pretty pricey and that is frustrating. It also is a bit shorter than I would prefer...another few inches on the length of the shorts and skirt would be better. I am 225 and 5'7" and bottom heavy with thick thighs - I usually wear an XL in WoolX leggings. I think a L would have been a better fit but cannot afford to find out right now.

The wool blend makes the fabric soft and likely durable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right fit for me. I wear size 10US and got a medium. The legs were tight, I’m 5’3” and roundish. With the slit, when I sat, the skirt split and my legs looked like they had a rope around each thigh. It’s too short to hide that mess. Returned, hope to find something similar. It fit otherwise. If your legs are on the thin (and young) side, this should work for you. The blue color is nice.

Cute, and fits well. I am 5’2”, 107#, pear shape and normally wear a size 4-6 petite. The XS fits me well. It’s a little shorter than I expected, but looks nice, moves well and I love the slit and pockets.

Comfortable to wear. Waist and undershorts fit nicely. It does relax a bit throughout the day, so it feels like the slit starts to stay open. It also blows open with the slightest breeze since it goes all the way up. I like having pockets, but would prefer them on the outside. I ended up selling due to not loving the slit. I am eager to try the new Sienna skort.

I love the length of the Topanga and for sitting it’s ok, but the shorts portion roll and creep up my thighs. I know my thighs are heavy and I have that problem with a lot of fabric shorts but I was disappointed because I was really hoping it would be a go-to summer item.
I love that the shorts have two pockets under the skirt and that the waistband is wide and stretchy.

I have been eyeing Topanga since it first dropped last year. I finally pulled the trigger but, since I was in between sizes, I went with a medium even though I wear a small in Piper and Stella. (Mistake!) It arrived, I loved the overall look of the product and I liked the materials and the medium just unfortunately was so unflattering on my body type. I am somewhat short, have a really long torso, and have tricky proportions for buying bottoms that fit well. So I was was sad but not surprised. But, I wanted to give it another try so I exchanged for a small. So much better!! It's still not quite the most flattering article of clothing that I have, but it's exactly what I was hoping for in a skort and it fits pretty darn well and I'm really excited to wear it all summer!

The skort is great, the legs are long enough protect against leg chaff and the pocket is accessible. First time I wore it was at Disneyland and it had no issues with the water rides - drying quickly and not leaving me with the unpleasantness that denim shorts do.

Wow, I am loving Topanga! She's sporty, flirty and comfy and thigh pockets - yay! The waistband is perfect - not too tight but creates a nice silhouette under a more fitted shirt. This piece is great for everything - hiking, evening strolls, I'd even wear her kayaking, but also for running errands or going out to dinner. You can dress her up or down as needed. This is the best skort I've ever owned. I'm hoping to pick up at least one other color. I'm 5'7", 135 lbs and the small is a perfect fit.

Regretfully, I had to return these. They were too small in the waist. Us older women tend to be wide in the middle, and I happen to be slimmer hipped, so they fit well elsewhere. My other deal breaker was no pockets! Otherwise, the good parts were the smooth outer fabric which was appropriately sporty for skorts; the length, ideal for my short frame (tho tall gals might find them too short, unless that's their preference), and the under shorts were perfect--length, fit, fabric, and comfort.

I had bought Topanga when it first came out, I had some difficulty with fit and returned it. I felt that the skirt was a bit short as well. I had a trip to Arizona coming up so I decided to revisit, I have been exercising more so I didn’t have any fit issues, of course it’s still short, but i felt it would be fine for hiking and walking around.

I liked the fabric and the length of the undershorts but it just wasn’t made for me. The waistband was too wide and the whole skirt was too long waisted for me. Also I didn’t really like that you could see the shorts when you sit down due to the slit. I really wanted to like it but sent it back. At that price it needs to be just right.

Appropriate for so many occasions at the end of summer! I’m short, so the slit comes fairly high up my thigh, but I’m wearing it for sporty occasions so it’s fine. The puffiness in the back waistband which others have mentioned has relaxed as I have worn and washed the skort. I was between sizes on the chart so I ordered both, tried them on, and opted for the smaller size (which may have helped the puffiness factor too). The material is very comfortable and resists garden dust and pet fur, two summer hazards for me.
