Avoid fabric softener. Though it won't damage the clothing it does coat the fibers in a wax that neutralizes many benefits of Merino.

Just received my Elsa base layer top. It is heaven. Heavier than I expected. It feels amazing. Material is very flexible and does breathe well. It is like a light jacket! Perfect for polar conditions when layering. I am 5’2 and the fit is “slim fit”. While is clings to the body (it is supposed to) I sized up and wished I didn’t. But the larger size still looks nice and will keep it. I want another (other than black) so I will order my true size next time. The material is very forgiving. Very happy with my purchase!

I was really looking forward to having a "super" heavyweight top to run in this winter (it's very cold and can get VERY windy at 9500 ft in Colorado so the thick fabric helps block wind) however it was more stiff/snug than anticipated and not as soft/pliable as my other heavy weight woolx shirts (I believe heaviest I have is Riley) to the point I wasn't confident it would be comfortable like all my other woolx tops- and I have ALOT of them-so I returned it. I'm not 100% sure if it was the actual fabric or if it was the cut on me that made it not as comfortable? It's obvious it's good quality and extremely warm but just not for me this time. WOOLX- PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER 400+ gram top that is more "buttery" in feel because I need some--so basically a 440g Hannah shirt

This is oddly loose in the arms and under arms area - I wouldn’t run with it because it would chafe - but decent for cold morning dog walks. The material feels like a scuba suit which wasn’t what Woolx generally feels like and I personally don’t like it but it blocks the wind and cold so keeping it.

I bought this is size L. I'm 5"4" and 160 lbs, DD40. The large is just slightly snug but I like the fit and it is very warm. I wore this top and just my North Face winter coat while walking in cold, windy weather (feeling like 22 with the wind) and I was warm. I would purchase this again.
