I started with the Nicole ankle pants in Black, and once I figured out my perfect fit, I knew I wanted more. I’m 5'9" and found that the Large Tall gave me the longer rise I prefer and fit like a dream. Because I personally wanted to keep the ankle-pant look, I had mine shortened about two inches—the Tall length would have worked beautifully as a full-length pant too, but the ankle length is simply my style preference.
Once I knew how well the Nicole worked for me, there was no stopping at black! I went back and bought the other three colors available in Tall, including Vintage Khaki.
I absolutely love this color. It’s a fabulous, versatile neutral that gives me a lighter option than black and will work with so many colors already in my wardrobe. The fit, fabric, comfort, and quality of these pants are fantastic. Finding a pant I like enough to buy in every Tall color says it all—five stars for the Vintage Khaki Nicole!

So comfortable and such a great color! And I dont like khaki, but these I love! The fit is really loose on me, my fault for not knowing my size after weight loss, lol! At 5'9" I ordered talls to get more of a full length fit and it is perfect. The zip inner pocket is genius. The drawstring stays flat. The material is temperature appropriate in a big range. These are going on a Mediterranean cruise and visit to Rome with me because of the combined comfort, wool virtues, and versatility.

I have the Nicole Tall Ankle Pant in all 4 colors! That should tell anyone how I feel about this style. I wear a Large and I first chose the regular (not tall) but, at 5'9" the rise was too low. They seemed to hit right about my navel and at a place that I felt would trigger my pulling them up often. I exchanged them for a tall as the garment measurements indicated they'd have a higher rise.
Turns out the tall length was too much like a full pant and I wanted the ankle length. I took all 4 to my tailor and he brought them up just a hair under 2". They are now perfect and will be worn often once the weather cools down where I live.

I have to be honest, these pants are too dangerous for me to wear. Put them on and I forget about them. Comfy, look, and feel great. Then I do something predictably stupid- I went from meeting to gardening to (ooops) weed whackingI Can’t say that the grass stains are perfectly removed, yet. Nobody would notice but me at this point. There is a limit to what you should do in brand new Woolx
But it does it does say alot about how lovely they are. Straight from a meeting to the outdoors! I got a tall medium. Wanted full length for my 5ft7, 145 self. Worked great.

The name Ankle Pants worried me because I have long legs and flood pants look bad in my opinion. I ordered the tall pants in Medium and they fit perfectly and look fine with my usual choice of zero drop running shoes. I realize I could also wear nicer shoes and look great in a more formal setting. I bought the black pants to help build the capsule wardrobe with the original tan pants I ordered earlier. Highly recommend.

I'm returning these pants. The material just feels like fake polyester or whatever and no natural wool aspect at all, and in fact it is not even half wool (which I admit I should have paid attention to in the first place). The things I have gotten recently have too thin material and not enough wool although I have kept everything til now. But I am not loving this stuff and don't plan to get any more. I want wool that actually is more wool and feels like a natural fabric.

Oh Nicole, you marvelous garment! My dreams have come true! Fabulous pants! Lightweight; SO comfortable! It will be perfect for Safari. But it will also be a winner wherever I wear it! The fit is heavenly and it will pack efficiently. I need several more. PLEASE make it in Plum Crush and Toasted Garnet. I’ll buy both.

I ordered my size (XL) but a L probably would fit me; I am keeping them because I like loose fit pants. When the package arrived, I thought they looked Columbish, and on top of that, they were wrinkled. A few times hanging in the bathroom while I took a shower took care of the wrinkles, and the waist that looked huge, was easily cinched with the cord. I also ordered tall because I do not like ankle pants. I wore the pants to work today; I was in very cold rooms and also in hot ones, and I was very comfortable and could no help caressing the material once in a while. They will make great travel pants.

I'm suitably impressed with this material. I thought it might feel hot or sweaty, but I've had good luck both walking/hiking, and working outside in the sunshine. It feels cool and breezy the whole time, even in the black color, which surprised me. I'm only 5'4, but I ordered the tall because I wanted the higher rise. It makes it into a full length pant for me, which is great because I really needed pants, not ankle pants.

The Nicole pants have quickly become my warm weather go to and I was so excited to see more colors this season. The Vintage Khaki is just what you want in a khaki and I will be wearing these a lot this spring and summer! I normally wear regular but am not an ankle pant fan in general, so I did order the Tall, which make the perfect pant length for me! I can even roll them to a bit of a crop pant with sandals if desired. Great fit and so comfortable even in hot and humid weather; wonderful travel pants too since they pack super small and any wrinkles fall out quickly for me.
