More like a glove liner. Nicely made. However, I have hands and fingers that get cold fast and these felt cold just in the house and only after a minute or two. There was no actual warmth, so I returned them.

Surprisingly very warm, esp given how thin they are, keeps my hands warmer than my other much thicker non-wool gloves. Pleasantly surprised by how much I love and use these gloves over my old favorites, small and thin enough to fit into pockets so I always have them with me.

I have a number of pieces of clothing made of merino wool, mostly sweaters. I wanted to try these merino wool gloves as I'm always on the hunt for warmer items for my hands. The gloves are very soft and keep my hands warm as long as the wind is not blowing. Also, they are rather slippery on the steering wheel if I wear them while driving, so I don't. The gloves might work as a base layer with another glove...an idea I have to try.

Gloves feel nice but I should have measured or had some sizing assistance- they are quite big on me, but small gloves would be too small. Very generous sizing in my opinion. I would have chosen a medium had I known how large these would be but only two sizing options.

The gloves weren’t very warm. So I can’t imagine using them for skiing as it was described. I am disappointed with the purchase, but maybe in the spring or fall they would be fine. Definitely not for winter in New England.

The size L gloves were a bit large for my hands, which surprised me. Although everything else I wear from WoolX does an excellent job of keeping me warm, these gloves seemed thin and while better than bare hands, they didn’t keep me warm.

I purchased the Stone Harbor Gloves for my husband. His lined work gloves weren't keeping his hands warm. (I had previously purchased a pair to wear under my work gloves and they kept my fingers warmer.) He has wore them inside his work gloves and said they definitely made a difference keeping his hands warm. The gloves are soft, seams are smooth and they look nice if we decided to wear them as a primary pair of gloves. We will definitely be purchasing other Woolx products.

I have slim hands with long fingers. I ordered a l/xl because of this. The finger length is great. I use them as liners for wind proof mittens and they fir perfectly within the mittens. Easy to get on and off. A great purchase!

If you are an outdoor enthusiast, all you need are some shells to provide some more durability, wind / water resistance and some more grip. They are after all more like liners... It's a fine knit (which is what I wanted) and does OK in wind. They cut wind better than fleece (again which is what I was after).
They pack really nice and small.
I might recommend a little clip to hold them together - I get paranoid of losing one, haha.

These gloves are much thinner and MUCH warmer than I expected. I bought another pair so that I could keep them tucked away in the pockets of both my winter coats. They barely take up any room. I don’t know how they could possibly be as warm as they are. Very pleasant surprise. Hoping to see them come out in additional colors or perhaps prints even.

The weather turned arctic last few days, and wearing this wool combo of gloves, hat, and socks has kept me so warm and comfortable with extensive layering up! My Husband found these for me for Christmas as stocking stuffers, and I am so glad he knew what he was doing (this year at least ha ha) because now I'm a hug fan of WoolX! I love the fabric. They are light enough that they are small for packing yet they provide warmth. They would also make great liners under heavier mittens or gloves. I have long fingers so the fit is a little off, but I like them enough to keep them anyway.
