I like this dress. Its ideal for cold weather. I took off one star because it doesn't have pockets, which perhaps I should have realized before ordering. In this day and age, I only expect my fancy dress for parties to have no pockets. Everyday wear needs pockets for women just as for men.

I love this dress with one criticism. It's a nice weight for fall/winter and I'm short so it hits me just above the ankles, which is perfect for me. The color is beautiful, too. However, it does not have pockets, which is definitely a minus. I'm so used to Woolx products having pockets I didn't even think to check. I'm keeping it because it's lovely, but wouldn't have ordered it if I had known about the lack of pockets.

It’s hard to see the seams on the models because the fabric colors are all so dark and it’s actually concealed in all but one photo, but the waistline seam is neither empire nor true waisted, but awkwardly in-between. I am 4’11” but have a pretty average torso height with shorter limbs, so it might be better on someone short waisted. In the photo, my left hand is on my true waist.
The sleeves are very tight and the slit is higher up my thigh than I like. I love the color, but I made the mistake of buying it final sale, assuming I’d love it. Live and learn.

It’s the second dress I ordered in small.
The first one was nice, loose and flowy.
This green one is much more form fitting. I feel like a stuffed sausage in it. Had I known it was more fitting perhaps I would’ve ordered a Medium instead.
But it was a final sale, no exchanges.
It’ll sit in my closet and gather dust. I am not leaving the house in the dress. I’m 5’4 and weigh 132 pounds. I am not obese or overweight. I’m actually envied by friends with my firm fit. Exercising daily is my medicine. I do not anticipate ordering from Woolx any time soon. Be well

The order arrived well packaged and on time. The dress fits well and is comfortable. The problem is that the pine color looks terrible on me. It’s hanging in my closet and I will probably never wear it. Most like it will be donated. I just didn’t want to go out in the weather we have recently had to make a return and I had removed the tags.

I originally ordered a medium based off the size chart. However, it was a little too tight for comfort. I ended up going up a size. The large is much more comfortable! Overall, the dress is very well made, flattering, and greater for wearing to work or out and about in the winter. I had been looking at this dress for months and I wish I had ordered it sooner!

Positives- beautiful color, very warm fabric and comfortable, great length and sleeve length is perfect.
Negatives- the slits on the sides were too high and my slip showed so I hand stitched them closed 3”; the dress is very form fitting- I purchased my normal size medium and it shows my lumps and bumps- I wear a jacket, sweater or scarf to help cover the bumps. Maybe I should have ordered a larger size but I’m hoping the ribbed fabric will relax with wear. Its my Christmas dress and I’ve been having fun experimenting with accessories to make it more festive!

I had to go up a size because this was fitting a little too body-con for my taste on my pear-shaped figure, but it is extremely flattering and comfortable. It can be accessorized so many different ways, and I have gotten a ton of compliments on it already. I appreciate that the scoop neckline is cute and not constricting, but also doesn’t show cleavage. Great design!

The dress feels so nice! The seam is the only thing that isn’t perfect about this dress and honestly if I just had a bigger chest the seam would fall where it’s supposed to. It doesn’t bother me too much though and it also can be hidden with a nice chunky belt!

The sizing was tough with this dress. I was hoping it would be cut like Iris but with sleeves, but the bust is smaller than on Iris, and it meant SM was too tight on top, and MED was too loose on the hips. Luckily I had ordered in blue in SM and that one was cut a little differently and fit really well. Both Timber dresses (SM & MED) went back since neither one fit me quite right.

Great color, fabric and fit. The only thing I would change is the length of the side slits. I’m going to have the dress altered to make the slits an appropriate length. I don’t have this problem on any other Woolx dresses, just the Caroline, but I like the dress enough to get this alteration done

Love the new Caroline dress! It’s definitely fitted through the sleeves and bodice area, with a soft drape in the lower part of the dress. I’m petite (5’1”) so the sleeves and dress are long on me but look ok. The Deep Timber color is a pretty shade, like a good dark neutral for me. I look forward to wearing this dress during the holidays!

The ribbed fabric is luscious, soft, and forgiving. The style of this dress is curve hugging but also very flattering. The scoop neck is also flattering. I have a large chest and find scoops better than crew necks for me. The sleeves are not too tight and are a perfect length on me. If you love a deep forest green color, you will not be disappointed with Deep Timber, it is beautiful. I will love wearing this for fall and winter looks. I do wish the slits were not as high, and I also wish the slit was only on one side. Two slits that high up are not necessary for this style, and the dress would be perfect with these changes, hence the four stars. For science, I am 5'6" and 160 pounds, 34DDD-31-42, pear shaped, and wearing a large.

I LOVE this dress. I have been hoping for a more fitted silhouette from Woolx, and they did not disappoint. I like everything about this dress, the neckline, the way the fabric drapes, the body skimming style, the side slits, the color. I am 5'6" with broad shoulders small bust and a long torso (35-30-40, so on the large side of a M according to my waist/hip measurements). I am typically a M in Woolx. I took a M in this dress and it fits well. If I were busty I might consider sizing up, but it fits me perfectly, skimming-but not tight. The "waist" seam falls a couple of inches below my bust, a couple inches above my natural waist (if you have a short torso it will probably be much closer to your natural waist). Because it is skimming (in a M for me) it does show my silhouette- so if I am bloated you could tell from a side view. I am not sure if sizing up would help this, it might make the tress a touch less skimming and because it is flowy it might mask that better if you carry weight in your midsection. I am trying to decide which color to get next.
I hope this style sticks around and also comes in more colors, the fabric weight and style are perfect for fall/winter/spring.

I’m very happy with this, my first Woolx dress! The ribbed knit is very flattering and comfy. I really like the deep timber and styled it with dark brown knee high leather boots and a narrow studded leather belt. I also like how the side slits make it a twirly skirt. The Small fits me well (5’4”, 118 lbs). I am short waisted so I think the empire waist works well for me.
