Very lightweight and packs up small. I am allerigic to wool so it was slightly irritating but nothing like when I wear a wool hat so its good if you dont have a high sensitivity. I do wish the seams on the arms were different, it gives a slightly raglan style vibe which I feel is better suited for casual events. I wouldn't consider it polished enough for the office, unless under a blazer or cardigan. Overall pleased with my purchase.

Love this Mia! Cool Jade is such a vibrant color, I love the wide array of colors available too! I did need to size up on this one, as the regular fit just feels a little snug, I prefer a little more roomier fit, and just sizing up one on this lovely shirt gives me that. I will definitely be adding more Mia’s to my collection.

I’m a size 8 in most clothing. I ordered a medium. It’s very snug over my breasts - and I’m not all that well-endowed. It’ll work for layering but not sure I would wear it without something over it.

Color is great for spring and summer! The neckline on Mia is a bit higher than the neckline on Junie which makes it easier to wear to work under a cardigan.

As far as merino wool goes, I am hooked. As a Floridian, if you had told me I would be wearing wool on a regular basis, I would have thought you were crazy, but I became a true believer when I had several wool items I wore to the middle east and I was so impressed with their performance.
I love the Mia and this Cool Jade color is very nice, though leaning a bit more turquoise than jade, if you ask my opinion. I have a longer torso, so I do wish there were some longer shirt options available, like a Mia with an extra 2-3 inches. But that doesn't detract from the quality of this particular shirt. Mia is always a good staple for your travel (or all the time) wardrobe.
