The Spring thaw has been elusive here in The Mitten, and the Ryann hoodie has been keeping me comfortable indoors and outside! I am currently transitioning sizes and took the chance to invest in the medium already - it is even comfortable on my pear shaped "child-bearing hips". One feature no one has mentioned in reviews or features is that there is a flap of fabric stitched at the top of the zipper, so that when fully closed it does not touch my skin. I absolutely love this detail, especially as I am also a knitter and often have something hand knit upon myself. This keeps those safe, as well as has a clean look! I love the deep brown colorway too; it is a great neutral for me (navy and browns are my choices instead of black and grays).

Exactly as advertised/pictured. zip pockets great for phone and not having things accidentally drop out of them. high quality feature like having the upper part of zipper be under a "tag" of fabric so zipper cannot touch/rub on skin. Slightly longer than waist length which is great because I think it gives it a touch more elegance. Only wish I could have purchased it in black; my size was sold out.

I just wore the French Roast Ryan hoodie on a two week trip to Italy and loved it! It got used every day, stayed fresh and was not too hot, yet kept me warm in changing temperatures on long flights and around the country. I purposely did not pack any other "jacket" other than a raincoat and it worked out perfectly. It was used as part of a brown and pink wardrobe to reduce needing too many indistinct colored items, so it was my best basic. If I use a different colored wardrobe for another trip, I'd definitely return to purchase another color. AND-Customer service is fantastic, too!!

I was skeptical about purchasing anything wool due to my sensitive skin. Even the slightest itch can become uncomfortable over time.This Rhyann Hoodie sat in my cart for nearly two weeks before I finally purchased it. On top of that, this felt like a luxury purchase—more of an investment—so I didn’t take the decision lightly.
The material felt smooth, with a cozy, lightweight feel without being heavy or bulky. I gave it a couple of weeks of wear before writing this review.
For reference, I’m a 40” bust, 35” waist, 40” hips, around 145 lbs and usually wear a large. I also prefer my clothes to be relaxed rather than fitted or snug.
In the photos, I’m wearing a tank top and leggings to show how it fits closer to my natural shape. I could have sized down to a medium. The top portion fits comfortably, and lightly roomy at the bottom. That said, it drapes nicely and doesn’t look frumpy.
This feels like a great investment piece. I originally bought it for travel, and it’s already earned a place in my capsule wardrobe. I think it packs easily and will work well across different settings. Living in Arizona, I don’t need heavy layers most of the year. This hoodie feels versatile enough to wear in any season—which is a huge bonus.
And now… I’ve already purchased another item from Woolx just to try it out. I think I’m hooked!

The soft, smooth feel and light weight of this cardigan is great. I have yet to wear it other than a try-on, but it fits well even though I'm short (5', 145-150 lbs.) At first I ordered an XL, so that it could be worn over other sweaters, but it was too large and way too long in the body and sleeves. I was able to do a super easy exchange and am more happy with this fit (L). I do feel that the bottom band is too loose on me, it kind of flares out a bit, but that's not a deal breaker. I plan to wear it to Italy in a week and it's been snowy, rainy and cool where I'm going so it will be put to the test!

I adore the Ryann in French roast. I purchased my usual size and would like to order another color. I can foresee using it on so many adventures. It packs small for a travel bag or tote. It is light but very comfortable. Very purposeful. For me, the only thing that would make it better would be that it be shorter by a few inches in the body and not the sleeves. I can’t size down. I’m shorter-waisted and require a shorter silhouette. Please consider a petite length. I’m not the only one wishing.

It is excellent as an extra indoor layer if it is a bit chilly or for the Spring days and summer nights that are coming. Very comfortable. I am 230 lbs and 5’8”. I bought an XL and it fits nice and roomie. I have 1XL in the Darcy and Finley, but the XL definitely fits me better.

Love the fabric, not the fit
I am happy with this hoodie, but was looking for a sportier fit. I'm 5'1" and found this to be too long by several inches, and too large in the chest and shoulders thus making the fit rather sloppy. The fabric, though, is dreamy soft, cozy, and beautiful!

The Ryann hoodie is a great product. I just ordered my third one. The fabric is soft, comfortable, and lightweight. I machine wash gentle and air dry: so far my Ryanns have zero shrinkage and look brand new. Perfect for travelling as it folds down small and can be easily tucked in a carry-on bag. It's very cozy and great for layering under a rainjacket or coat. The fit is generous without being too loose. And, finally, a natural fiber hoodie that is long enough! Very highly recommended. I've been telling all my friends about this jacket.
