Print a Pre-Paid Return Label

To print a pre-paid return label simply press the button below, fill out the short form and press submit.

You can then attach the label to your package and hand it to a UPS Driver or drop it off at an authorized UPS pickup location such as a UPS Store, Pack & Mail, Staples or Office Max.

Please be sure to write down your tracking number so you have a record of shipment and proof of delivery.

This return label will be printed under our authorized reseller Hanks Clothing. Returns for Hanks Clothing and Woolx are processed in the same return center for quick return processing.

* I understand that pre-paid return labels are not valid for international returns or where UPS delivery is not available.

If you prefer to pay postage at the carrier of your choice simply press the below button to download a PDF label you can print and attach to the package. You can then take the package to the carrier of your choice to pay postage and mail the item back.

Packaging Your Return
Package your item securely and, if possible, re-use the box or packaging the item arrived in. Just cross out any addresses and bar codes on old labels before shipment.

Shipping Method
When shipping your package back we highly recommend you ship it back with delivery confirmation and insure your parcel for the value of the items. If you use UPS they will provide you with a tracking number. Please be sure to keep a copy of this tracking number for proof of delivery. UPS shipping charges include insurance up to $100. Likewise, if shipping it back through the USPS you should request delivery confirmation and insurance. Be sure to keep a copy of your delivery confirmation tracking number. This ensures you're covered in case the package is lost in transit from UPS or the USPS.
