I now have two of these, one in ink blue and the other gray. This is THE BEST dress for summer! I love the fact that it has no pockets, which means it skims over the hips without any lumpiness, and it's the perfect length. Lexie dresses up or down based on your shoes and accessories. I wear my two ALL the time for running errands and even to church. Please make more colors in this versatile dress!

This is a nice dress button perfect for me. Dress is very fitted and I feel a little self conscience about that- this is the biggest reason I only gave 3 stars. It is also too short for my preference- length actually looks good standing in front of the mirror but I'm not crazy about how it rides up when I sit. The quality is good and I like the medium brown/taupe(?) color. I did get this in a mystery bag so will keep it because it was an excellent deal & may work better as I lose more weight- and if not WoolX has great resale value!

I got a Lexie as part of a mystery bag. I’d never ordered a wool dress before, and the size was a bit big and the hips curved out where I’m a straight shape. I also wasn’t thrilled with the longer hem in back. The blue color was very pretty, though. I pinned the dress to take out the curve and took in the body a bit. After sewing it up, it looked much better. I also evened the hem. I think my conclusion is that I need more defined shape to a wool dress or maybe a print. I see myself wearing this with a jacket or scarf of some sort, but I probably won’t reach for it often. I don’t belt. That area is my biggest flaw. I would like to suggest that the product pictures include a shot of the dress laid out to see the shape. I’ve made this mystery item work, but if I’d ordered it as my own choice, I’d be irritated that the hips curved out without that information given.

I haven’t worn this out yet, but it fits well, breathes nicely and can be dressed up or down. I plan on packing it for conferences and vacations. I also bought a medium but could have also sized down so if you want the fit to be snug(ger), size down.

I would love it if you could offer clothing that shorter women can wear. The dress is ok if you are on the taller side. At a height of 5’1” this is a dress that is longer by about 2 inches than I like.

When I looked at your other sleeveless (perhaps slip – like) dresses, everything had pockets. I did not want the extra bulk on an “underneath“ layer.
Lexie was the only thing I could find that was sleek and pocket-less.

This is the second dress of this style that I have ordered. Love it: has the right balance of loose enough to be comfortable and forgiving; fitted enough to show & flatter your shape. Style is either perfectly casual or dressed up, depending on how you accessorize. My favorite (so far) of your dresses.

I copied this from another review because I feel exactly the same!
“I ordered the dress and am completely in love with it except for the hip line. When I put it on, it fit perfectly except I thought it was a bit hippy. I thought it was because it had pockets. It didn’t. It’s just made with extra hip room. Other than that, I love the dress.” I may add pockets on the side since there’s room to do that or else I may sew in the sides. Also, I’ve seen a lot of the reviewers stating that they hemmed the back seam up to be even with the front. I’m not really sure the offset hem adds anything to the dress. It’s very comfortable and the fit was good. I’m 5’4” and 148 lbs. ordered a medium.

I wear the Lexie dress a lot. It's comfortable and travels well -- BUT-- I can't give it 5 stars for three reasons:
1) It doesn't have useful pockets (side seam ones would be nice).
2) The breast pocket makes it really casual if not wearing a jacket or sweater
3) I had to take it to a tailor to even up the hem. It's made to be a step down in the back--but it just makes it look like part the hem has fallen. out.

The Lexie is comfy, but wish the material was lighter (thinner) and wish it had more colors. Being marketed as a cover up, I expected it to be a little thinner.
I am 5’4” and it felt a little long on me, as well.

I've had my eye on this for months, watching for comments and pictures on sizing in the Woolx Facebook group. I wanted a simple, shorter black t-shirt dress for mostly casual wear in the spring, summer, and fall. I did go up one size, from my usual small in Woolx dress to a medium because I'm a 60+ year old who is 5'7''. I'm skinny up top but hippier. While it has slightly more room on the top than I would usually wear, I'm very pleased with the length and the width and look forward to getting lots of wear out of this dress.

it is very comfortable to wear night or day. All week without washing it. makes it only silver lining when I had to fly all day in the middle seat at back of the plane after stuck at the airport all night (original flight got cancelled). I did not give it 5 star because it does not look exactly flattering and it has no pockets.

Great travel dress!
I have gotten so much use out of this dress. It can be casual-- or (with a jacket covering the breast pocket), it can be dressy enough to go to the opera. Only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: a. no side seam pockets and b. the longer back length didn't work for me and I had to have it hemmed up to match the front.
