I am 5'3 12o lbs. I order the medium because I don't like tight waists, was afraid it would be too large but it was perfectly comfortable. They are thick enough to wear as leggings (without feeling like you're wearing tights), but trim enough to wear under pants. Bought them for a river cruise of northern Europe which we haven't gone on yet, but wearing them now and they feel great against the skin and nice stretch without getting baggy. Great purchase!

I expected these to be like the Piper but without pockets. They don’t fit as well as the Piper in the rise (it is too long), the fabric doesn’t feel quite the same and I prefer the Piper waistband. I bought two pair. I’ll keep the pair I wore (for obvious reasons) and am returning the unworn pair.

My fourth pair of these because they do wear out when you wear them every day of winter. I’ve had them with pockets and without. This time I ordered petite because the regular end up with a lot of wrinkling at the ankles due to length. A size down from usual size is the way to go with these leggings. I prefer the sleek look of no pockets even though they are convenient. Love how they don’t get smelly, they are warmer than regular leggings and the wool is a good material. I keep one new pair for fashion and the pair that is older is for exercise.

The fit was good. I’m 5’1”, 120lbs- I ordered a medium. Could have done a small. They are stretchy. However, the inside is a rough, itchy, uncomfortable texture. The seams were scratchy, too. I don’t consider someone that has real sensitive skin. I own other wool clothing items from other vendors. This is a no go for me.

Didn't take too or bottom off for two weeks. Finally washed top. All perfect. I work at a group home with individuals and I work a lot and overnights it's cold in New England we had a storm I just didn't take them off I added Merino wool socks and they were clean I didn't sweat I wasn't too warm I was hoping there would be a little warmer but very nice fabric

This is my first pair of leggings from WoolX and I am very happy with them. They have the same high-quality workmanship that I have come to expect from WoolX. The fabric is top shelf and the waistband is wide and very comfortable. I like the seam down the back of the legs. I am 5’3” and weigh 105 and the XSM Petite fits perfectly. Stella petite leggings are my go-to all winter. They're warm, comfortable, and look and fit great. They wash beautifully, and although they can be put in the dryer, which I have done, I usually hang them to dry. I rotate among three pairs and they will last for several years.

Love the Stella leggings. They are very warm, very stretchy, & completely opaque. I am 5ft 5in, but ordered a petite (large) after reading reviews of how long these leggings are. Glad I did as they are the perfect length. Legging inseam is 26 in. My waist is 35 and hips 46, 175 lbs, very pear shaped. I ordered the Petite Large. It fits well, but if I order another pair I will try the Petite XL as I did find myself pulling them up when I wore them. I think the XL may stay up better. Great base layer. I ordered the Sadie top to go with them.

I bought the Stella Petite in Black, size Small, and LOVE it! Firstly, it was wonderful that petite sizes were offered! It has been a long, snowy, cold winter in the Boston area and I simply did not want to take my Stella leggins off -- and honestly I didn't for days with no problem. It is true that the material adjusts to the temperature. I was able to wear them outdoors in zero degree weathe and feel perfectly comfortable, and once inside the house, sitting close to a cozy wood stove, I was absolutely comfortable there as well. I originally bought a Medium and returned and ordered the Small. The return process was easy easy. I am between Small and Medium, depending on the brand, so I would say that Woolx sizes more on the generous side.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the wool tights as the ads made it seem like they’d be warm even outside in the coldest weather. Well, they are very comfortable, soft and not at all itchy. They are warm in the house on a cold day but I don’t find them as warm as I expected/hoped for on a cold day outside.

These are wonderful leggings especially for colder days…even in Texas. They are great for travel in the winter months to wear under pants. I appreciate Woolx offering petite sizing. I may be shrinking, but they still are just a tad long (1-2”) on my 5ft ( maybe 4’11”) frame. Even so, they are heavenly and really close to perfect.

Petite M fits my small frame. Length is perfect...to my ankles. The top part is excellent ....fits without stretching or pulling....extremely comfortable. Many petite bottoms are too small in the hips/ crotch areas ....but these are perfectlyfitted. I am about 100 lbs and short but with some hips. A snow day again today....and wearing them comfortably under jeans.

I have waited well over a year to get these leggings. I was so excited to receive them but unfortunately, they were too “itchy” as well as being too long. I am 4’11” and they were easily 4” too long and the material was not comfortable due to the itchy feel. I read multiple reviews of how they felt like a plush material but they definitely didn’t feel like that to me. I so wish they would have worked for me, unfortunately I had to return them.

Started pilling after first wash. Very expensive for leggings that are no warmer than Uniqlo extra warm. The fit is more flattering than Uniqlo but if you’re buying for warmth or ski base layers would not go with these. They’re also a bit scratchy to the skin.

I ordered both the plain Stella and the Piper Pocket leggings in the petite size. I prefer the Stella, though they are a bit long. They move more easily with my body than the Piper do, possibly because of fewer seams. That said, I am very happy to have 2 pairs of warm leggings that are very comfortable. I would like to see more colors in the petite sizes.
The Emerson straight leg pants were much too long, thus didn't fit well at all. I do have the Ellie wide leg pants and love them.

These are nice and they fit right, but unfortunately dint feel great directly on my skin. The felt itchy and i am not usually sensitive to wool. I wanna say I am very impressed with the brand the customer service and speedy shipping were phenomenal. Maybe a different product.

I was reluctant to spend the money because it’s not cheap but it is of high quality. I believe they will last for years and will be a staple in my winter activities clothes pile. The leggings are warm and keep their shape after days of wear. I wore them skiing and can say they definitely kept me warm in below freezing temps. If you are on the fence about spending the money, make an investment in yourself and buy these. You won’t be sorry.
