I ordered one Maeve bikini to try and compare with another brand of wool bikini briefs I already own. It compares favorably and I ordered a couple more after washing and wearing the first. Increasingly, I am enjoying wool briefs for their comfort and wicking properties. The Maeve bikini comes to a good height on my hips so there is no line showing through my pants, like some lower cut bikini briefs.

Overall I like the fit of these undies and I love the fabric. My only suggestions for improvement would be to shorten the width of the gusset by a smidge to be closer to the everyday underwear. More importantly, stitch down the front of the gusset; because it’s so wide, fabric really curls inward, at least on a larger size. Wool undies for the win!

The whole online shopping, ordering, and return for a different size experience was so easy with Woolx. I now own 4 pairs of this Maeve style underwear. They are so soft and comfortable. I like the cut where the "waist" sits on my hip and the back covers my glute cheeks. The top edge and leg holes are not an elastic band but rather a smooth, flat, wider band. No panty lines! The sand color is a nice neutral for no-show through light colored pants. Yes, at his price, I invested a lot for 4 pairs, but these undies don't get soggy or chafe or stink. I see many years of Woolx comfort ahead.

The underwear is so soft. It runs a little big (I also like mine a bit tight, so maybe it’s me). There is a bit of seam shown, I wouldn’t call them completely seamless, but I think it’s as good as you will get for wool and not synthetic. Overall, keeping them and probably ordering more.

Maeve is my first wool panty and I love it. The bikini fit is higher than other brand bikinis but not as high on the body as my old high-leg cut hipsters. While I ordered specifically for travel wash and quick dry, I reach for them for daily wear. I ordered a Medium based on the size chart, but had to exchange for a Small—the fabric is really stretchy. I might try XS at some point to see how it fits. My measurements: 5’1” 120lbs, 38” hips.

I’m a fan of both seamless under briefs offered by WoolX! What makes Maeve special is that its coverage is actually in between a bikini brief and a hipster. Maeve is perfect to wear under pants and skirts that sit a bit below the waist. Seams do not show under leggings!

Unfortunately I returned my purchase. I discovered that my skin is more sensitive than I expected and I did not find this material comfortable. Additionally, the panties did not stay in place. And as far as I am concerned that is the first requirement of underwear. If they walk up your cheeks they are not worthy of being worn.
I will say though that Woolx had excellent customer service and that goes a long way to a good experience even if the product does not work for me. Thank you Woolx.

I had not noticed Maeve until I read a review & took a look. I liked the wider waistband & even though the description said Maeve was a bikini, the reviewer felt it was more like a hipster. Perfect! I ordered two pair & love them~the fit is perfect, very comfortable & no panty lines. The only thing I would like even more is having another layer of merino instead of cotton as the cotton holds odor & takes longer to dry.

I ordered three pairs of the Maeve bikinis. They’re nice enough. I think they run a bit large and I find the leg openings, especially in the back under my butt are actually loose.
But they’re pretty comfortable regardless. I probably should’ve ordered a smaller size. Next time!

I liked the Maeve Bikini for the most part. I really appreciated the high waist line. If fits perfectly between the lower hight of the Roxy and the very high height of the Mabel. The only thing that I found a bit funky was the extra wideness of the from crotch area. It makes the underwear pucker a little. Not enough to stop me from wearing them every day!

I have truly come to like the comfort of wool underwear. They fit well and don’t ride up or bunch. I didn’t realize these had a cotton gusset. I had been waiting for a light color for under whites and when they were available I jumped at the chance to have some. I would prefer all wool in the future even though I haven’t had them long enough to determine if cotton would make a difference with dampness in the heat of Florida summers. Ask me again in the summer.

It's a good fit overall and the fabric feels good against the skin. It stays fresh and only needs a quick rinse to be refreshed and ready to be worn again. The only drawback is the seams sort of dig into my butt. It would be nice if there was a seamless option.

The Maeve fits on me more like a hipster than a bikini. Sizing is my regular size, but the cut is more generous than Roxie. The extra liner takes longer to air dry, so for travel purpose and hand washing/drying I would prefer Roxie.
