This is the perfect wool panty for me! Despite its “bikini” description, I find it to be the ideal amount of coverage for my curvy bottom without too much fabric. The fabric is also lovely - soft, yet substantial, with plenty of give. I definitely recommend trying the Maeve!

This is my first merino underwear, and I love them! I have worn them in the humid midwest heat recently. I sweat, but it evaporates quickly so I am not wearing soggy underwear! Wash, dries overnight and ready to wear again. Not itchy! Mine ride up a bit in the back, but maybe that's just my build or I should've sized down? Regardless, I really like them. This won't be my last merino underwear!

Nice fit, not tight or confining yet stay in place. Hand washed easily but did take 2 days to line dry on holiday. Machine wash/dry now that I’m home. Even on the hottest day I was comfortable! I will definitely be buying a couple more pair. Expensive but worth it!

I finally committed to throwing away all of my cotton underwear. Merino wool all the way! I hike or work out in the heat a lot and these are excetional. After wearing them, I cannot stand cotton underwear. These breathe and don’t stay damp all day when I am sweating. I used to roll my eyes when reading about wool underwear for hikers, but now I see the benefit. Is it possible to love your underwear?

The Maeve bikini is very comfortable. But I’m very disappointed that it has a cotton liner in the crotch. The cotton stays wet from sweat and doesn’t dry like wool. I won’t repurchase the underwear due to the cotton liner. I have some from other companies that have wool crotches and that’s what I’ll purchase instead.

Undies fit according to the size chart. I wear an 8-10 pant or a 28”-29” waist bottom. The medium is spot on. Don’t let the word “bikini” scare you, they fit as pictured and are not low cut.

I waited until the Prime bonus sale to buy my first ever pair of wool underwear-the Maeve style. We had a string of 100+ degree weather in Maryland, and I actually changed out of another pair mid morning and put on my new wool underwear. OH MY GOLLY! I am absolutely a convert to wool undies. I would call it more of a hipster than a bikini, and hipsters are my usual cut. I wear a M in Woolx pants, and M is the right size in underwear, too. I’m 5 feet, 6 1/4 inches and currently weigh 133.

Too narrow in the back and too wide in the front. The liner bunches up in the front. I am 5’4” and 128 pounds. I ordered the small which are the correct size for me but the cut of this underwear is the least flattering of any wool brands I have. I wanted to love these as much as I love my woolx bra, but the liner and the cut just don’t work for me.

I love wearing my Maeve Woolx underpants. Comfort is the #1 feature. This cut has slightly higher leg openings, so I do not feel restricted by the undies, even when exercising. Maeve design also covers my buttocks without riding up. The waistband is smooth. It is not visible through clingy clothes, nor does it roll or pinch. I like the soft fabric of this merino wool item. Unlike cotton undies, these never get soggy or chafe or stink even after sweating in them. The sand color is a perfect neutral to wear under any color pants without show-through. I can highly recommend purchasing this item.

I bought one pair of bikini and two briefs in large for my 3 week trip to the UK. I was able to wash each pair in my hotel every evening and they were mostly dry by morning. Even if they were slightly damp, I put them on and they dried quickly. I was impressed by the quality, comfort and temperature regulation of my now favorite undies. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because they hit me right in my belly scar. That said, if I were a bit less fluffy that might not be the case. I’m 5’4” and 150 lb and curvy but fairly fit. The undies stayed comfortably in place with no lines to my clothing. They are the best underwear I have ever owned and I will continue to wear them for daily use after my travels. If I lose a bit of weight the bikini will be great. I still love the way it hits me at the hip and how comfortable it is otherwise.

These wool bikini underpants are very different than the ones I purchased two years ago. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The cut is larger: more coverage in back and higher just below waist. The look is not attractive. The cloth liner rolls up in the front. Really preferred previous cut and banding.

I ordered one Maeve bikini to try and compare with another brand of wool bikini briefs I already own. It compares favorably and I ordered a couple more after washing and wearing the first. Increasingly, I am enjoying wool briefs for their comfort and wicking properties. The Maeve bikini comes to a good height on my hips so there is no line showing through my pants, like some lower cut bikini briefs.

Overall I like the fit of these undies and I love the fabric. My only suggestions for improvement would be to shorten the width of the gusset by a smidge to be closer to the everyday underwear. More importantly, stitch down the front of the gusset; because it’s so wide, fabric really curls inward, at least on a larger size. Wool undies for the win!

The whole online shopping, ordering, and return for a different size experience was so easy with Woolx. I now own 4 pairs of this Maeve style underwear. They are so soft and comfortable. I like the cut where the "waist" sits on my hip and the back covers my glute cheeks. The top edge and leg holes are not an elastic band but rather a smooth, flat, wider band. No panty lines! The sand color is a nice neutral for no-show through light colored pants. Yes, at his price, I invested a lot for 4 pairs, but these undies don't get soggy or chafe or stink. I see many years of Woolx comfort ahead.
