I had looked at these pants for some time before finally deciding to purchase. I’m so happy I did! My Woolx dresses have traveled well internationally and are staples in my bag. I fully expect these pants to work just as hard. They seem to run a bit on the large size, but I decided that’s not a bad trait in a travel pants!

I want to love these pants. They are extremely comfortable, and a very classy cut, nice drape, so they look like work slacks.
My only concern is they pick up EVERYTHING. I walk past my dog & these are like a magnet. They look lovely, but I foresee needing to frequently lint-roll these - even during a single wear - to keep them looking smart.
As well, when trying them on, the fit is great, but they do tend to loosen up after a few hours (today the first day I've had them on longer than just briefly trying on). 5'7", 140#, got a medium, but I think a small would fit better for more than a brief wear.

The blue pants that I bought about 1 year ago seem thinner and of a different quality than the other colors. They are a bit thicker. The blue doesn't look like wool, but like polyester.

I like them but many things which could be improved. the material captures every single thing and stays on it so if I take any colour of my cashmere sweaters it will be stuck on the pants, terrible. I had to exchange for smaller size because they run a whole size bigger. Also, very disappointed with the knees, I worn them 3 times and kneeled in them a couple of times to play with my toddler and they knees are stretched out, disappointing...

I am 5’4.5” and lean toward short-(and thick)-waisted, and the regular length is too long for me, I went with the petite, though I would have preferred the petite be juuuuust a smidge longer, maybe a 1/2”. But not worth the trouble to have them hemmed, for me. I’m a 34” waist and 39” hips, and these are super comfy, zero digging in anywhere. I also think I would prefer the pockets to be sewn in place, as it’s hard to keep them tucked in and not have to reposition them every time you put something in or take something out. I will also keep dreaming for a style that has sturdy back pockets for a phone, perhaps close to this style but the material would need to be a little less stretchy. These are super comfortable, and usually warm enough for my PNW winter, though since I run cold, I’d probably want more layers to be outside in the 30’s for longer than a few minutes.

The fit for my regular size is good. The pants are a smidge long but I'll manage. It's been a very long time since I've worn anything but my several pairs of Piper leggings. These wide leg pants may help me look more like a grownup at 76 years old. My Mum would be pleased if I were lucky enough to still have her here.

Absolutely love these Ellie Pants. Bought them in both black and blue and tempted for more! So comfortable and cozy while able to be dressed up for dinner if needed. I was concerned that they’d be too warm given how they are described but they’re so breathable that I know I can wear them all year round (Floridian here!). My new travel staples for sure. I wore the black pants already for 3 full days including airplane travel and they show no signs of wear or odor. I do make sure to lie flat in an area where the fabric can breathe after I take them off.
My only request would be to also make an even more tailored, trouser style pant with belt loops, a false fly, and a slightly different fabric blend more towards ponte or a tech pant. While these can dress up, especially the black, no one would mistake them for a true dress trouser so I’d love that option from Woolx as well!

I love my Ellie pants, and I’m glad I exchanged them for XL. However, they are still too long for me, but I’ve discovered that rolling the waistband over makes them the perfect length. The only thing I sacrifice is having the lovely deep front pockets easily accessible.

Love these pants - but had to size down 2 sizes! Not complaining but these are roomy, I normally wear 2x but following the measurements in the sizing guide and I originally ordered a 1x (in the straight leg version) and the waist was still way too big but the legs were too clingy. So switched from straight leg to the wide leg and sized down to an XL and the fit was perfect and the wide leg was the look i was going for. Love these pants! If you are wear a traditional 1x or 2x pant or women's size 16W/18W I would consider the regular XL for a better waist fit and it is very stretchy still. I did even consider sizing down to a L if not for the leg may fit too tight. Very, very pretty and comfy pants. I intend to wear them to work with flats - the length is also perfect for me, I'm 5'6" for reference and i settled on the XL regular length. :)

These pants are soft and cozy. They washed really well without shrinking. I have worn worn them 5 or 6 times since I washed them and they look the same as the first! They are just a touch too big, so I am adjusting them a bit more than I would like, but it's not annoying enough to send back (I'm 5'5" and about 137# high waisted) I think I will try size small next time!

The pockets are not flattering if anything is in them. They are difficult to place a phone, and are too deep.
Fabric is very thick and makes an unflattering shape. Sorry they didn't work out because I like the idea of a warm, stretchy pant that isn't skin tight leggings.

At first, I was not sure if I should keep the Ellies. The waist is high, the pockets are a bit weird to access, and the regular length was too short (I am 5'7"). HOWEVER, the quality wool drape and luxurious feel won me over. I exchanged for the Small Tall, folded up the hem 1 inch and machine stitched to the perfect length. I LOVE THESE PANTS. They look and feel wonderful and I can wear them anywhere. Hats off to the Woolx team for an extremely quick and easy exchange!

I inherited a lovely pair of wool X pants last year, and decided it was time to purchase my own. I purchased two pairs of this style, and I love them both! Although the style is slightly different in the waistband than the pair I previously had, they fit beautifully and smoothly across the waist. The navy blue color is a lovely, soft, grey tone and the black is classy and simple. The fabric is warm, yet light with a lovely drape. I would highly recommend! True two size.

I bought two pairs of pants, these and the straight leg pants. These were not too itchy, but almost. I would have kept them except for two things. One, the rise is way too high; I know high-rise is trendy (I hate it), but these came up way past the belly button. Two, the waist was WAY too big compared to the thighs, so I would have had to spend even more money to have them tailored. Considering the price of these pants, I could not justify spending more money on them. The quality of the fabric feels good, they looked almost like dress pants, and the length was good, which is why I gave them 4 stars.

I bought the black wide leg pants in black for a winter market trip through Germany, Switzerland and France. They were fantastic. I only took 2 pairs of pants on a 2 week trip and these were one. (the other were jean sweat pants). It was all I needed and they came home in great shape. I did wear them with silk long underwear underneath for some additional warmth. I can't say enough about them and would highly recommend to someone travelling with limited space.

This was my first Woolx purchase and I wasn't sure whether it would live up to the advertising. When they arrived, I was a bit disappointed to see that they were made in China - perhaps I miss that when I was looking at the site.

Ellie pants are my absolute favorite. The fabric is squishy but substantial. The wide leg allows nice air flow when you want it (hello Florida heat) but also warmth (Florida A/C). Easily wear over tights or leggings for extra warmth. These are just as at home in an office/professional setting as they are lounging at home. Comfort and class all wrapped in one! I have 3 pairs!
